Buyer Beware! Lots of hidden fees in extra warranties, Lojack anti theft, was over 7k in extra fees- Trying to cancel these, was told Lojack is nonrefundable- 1700! Then got a check in the mail for 170.00 have no idea what its for. Left countless emails, messages, no response. Terrible unscrupulous business practices- DO NOT recommend at all

A waste of time to say the least. They had a car listed for 30k I went in test drive the car. After I test drove the car the sales rep spoke with the manager and came back with a final number of 42k and did not budge. After I did some research I come to find out this specific dealership is known for posting a low listing price and when you're in they give you a 5k+ increase in price. Scam artists to say the least. 0/10

I went to Rt. 23 Nissan in Butler to make a deal and drive home with a pre-owned vehicle. But I left when I was told that the dealer forces an additional $2,995 on top of the price for a low jack system in the car. I couldn't believe I was going to be forced to pay for an add-on that the car didn't have installed yet. On my way home, I got a call saying that because I served my country, the fee would be dropped, and the low jack would not be installed. Also, the price is firm and I have to finance utilizing the dealers finance company. So I couldn't pay cash or use my own financial institution.I drove almost an hour to get there, then over an hour to get home for everything to change all sudden, but on the dealers' terms.So the very next day, the dealer calls me and asks what they can do for me to come back. But, they would not even entertain anything. Not but a blink of an eye later, they lower the price of the vehicle online. Seriously, price was firm at the price last night to me, but then lower the price online without saying a thing to me not even 24 hrs later?

I'm not sure I have ever had a good experience at Route 23 Nissan. Recently, I received an email from them reminding me that my car was due for maintenance and including coupons for an oil change and tire rotation for $89.00. I clicked the link and made an appointment. When I went to the appointment they wanted to charge me much more. When the girl called over the service manager he said that Nissan Corporate automatically sends those emails out, not Route 23 Nissan and that they do not participate in that. I said that the email came from Route 23 Nissan. He said ain't nobody going to do even an oil change for $89. I said give me my keys. Today I am at Route 10 Nissan where they are honoring the coupon for a tire rotation and oil change for $89.

Bait and switch. I had three correspondences with my sales person to buy a car "out the door" for $xx,xxx dollars. When it came to sign the paperwork, it was $10,000 more and i was told they cant sell the vehicle without me purchasing ancillary "products". Sales manager is a 24 year old thug with bo sense of salesmanship or business acumen. GM too busy to talk to customers. Don't do business here or if you do, ask what is mandatory to complete a transaction. Buyer beware.

Initially, I praised the dealership with a 5-star review due to my salesman's excellent knowledge, personable approach, and outstanding customer service. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into frustration. I've had to reach out multiple times for essential documents and information related to the sale, but the dealership has been unresponsive via phone, messages, and emails. It seems their focus is solely on the sale, leaving customers unsupported afterward. Despite expecting superior service from a reputable dealership like Nissan, I've learned that each dealership operates independently, offering no recourse for poor service. After six weeks of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others.

recently had our vehicle that was purchased at this dealer brought in for a routine oil change as well as a diagnostic for a malfunction in the auto start/stop system. My wife brought our vehicle into our 10:30am appointment on-time as scheduled ahead of time. My wife made it abundantly clear to the staff that she needed to be out by 1:00pm in order to be at her job on time at 1:30pm. She told them if that was not possible she would re-schedule or should be provided with a loaner vehicle. She was told that everything would be finished within 2 hours which would have left her with plenty of time to get to work. However, what happened instead was a complete unacceptable disaster.By 1:00pm my wife still did not have the vehicle back and each of the 3 times she asked for an update while waiting she was told "we'll let you know". When there finally was an update at around 1:20pm she was told they didn't have the right filter or something along those lines. By the time the keys were given back to my wife it was nearly 2pm and she was incredibly late for work. It just so happened she was lead nurse this day as well. Thankfully her employer understood the situation. It appears the diagnostic was not even performed as well as she was given no paperwork regarding this. So apparently it took 3 hours to do an oil change? This is without a doubt unacceptable quality of service and inconvenience. Also this is not the first time dealing with issues regarding this vehicle we purchased from this dealer. Upon buying the vehicle we found out the next day after buying it that the washer fluid bottle was cracked prior to our purchase. This took over a month to get repaired. We were also promised a spare key for the vehicle as none was given when we purchased it. This took months of phone calls back and forth reminding them of the problem untill it was finally resolved months after we purchased the vehicle.I am an incredibly patient person but this is absolutely unacceptable. I am never going to be coming to this dealer to buy a vehicle or to have service performed on our vehicle either. I am also going to advise anyone I know to never use them either.

This place is scamming people be aware. My car has a bad engine route 23 Nissan covered the problem with the engine with some thick liquid so the car wouldn't smoke. Now I went back and they would change my oil saying the car would smoke again so they won't change the oil there the biggest scammers out there be aware good luck people that just purchased a car there you will be back and writing a review just like mine so a law suit is on its way with these people we as costumers should not have endure the head aches after purchasing a car should be happy not sad because this place just sad people have to work there and lie to costumers and sell damaged cars god mercy on there

We paid thousands of dollars in inspection and reconditioning fees for the sense of security in purchasing a Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Three days later, one of our tires blew. We discovered that the spare tire I was assured would be in the vehicle was not there; we had been given the wrong keys for the tire locks so we couldn't even change the tire; and according to our local tire shop two of the other tires should not have passed inspection. The dealership refused to give me new tires or compensate me in any way. This is the single worst experience with a car dealership I have ever had.

Overall not too bad for a car dealership experience. Very straightforward but definitely didn't go above and beyond to earn our business like most dealerships have tried to. There was an excellent selection of used vehicles and friendly faces. Very professional.
