Along with the other workers, it was an easy and flawless experience at this dealer. They are understanding, true to their words, and do everything they can to ensure you are getting the best deal. Highly recommend Will and the other members at 23 Auto mall.

Always so easy to deal with in the service department. Quick, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I got my all 4 tires replaced and rear brakes done over the weekend. Dropped it off at 8, it was done by noon. Less than $1500. Thank you Emil and the service guys for taking great care of my much needed car.

My experience at Rt 23 Auto Mall was top notch! We were referred by Alexis. Will, our sales rep, was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and super nice! He answered all of our questions, and even though we were shopping for a new car for me, he entertained my husband's questions about pick up trucks too! The process was seamless, painless, and honestly pretty quick! They bought our current car at a very fair price. Garland handled all of our paperwork and got us out the door efficiently. I would definitely recommend Rt 23 Auto Mall to friends and family who are shopping for a new car.

A day before leaving for the shore, displaced from my house because of a renovation, my brakes started grinding. No good! Brought it to ford on rt 23 in butler, first thing July 2nd. I was met by Patty and another coworker there I knew ( Mike Price), let me know I was gonna be taken care of. Early afternoon, Patty called to let me know it was all done and I didn’t have to worry anymore! My truck runs great, and most importantly, it was safe for my ride down the shore the next day! Thanks again to the Ford team for making this problem seem like it never happened, and in particular a big thanks to Mike Price and Patty for making me feel at ease. A job well done!
