Travis and his team were very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with our new lease agreement. Electronic Office Systems immediately provided and installed a loaner machine for us while we waited for our new printer/copier. Our new printer was delivered weeks earlier than expected. Our installer Vince did an excellent job. During the install of our new printer, my secretary asked if the printer/copier can be set up to print on specialty paper and explained that this would save her an enormous amount of time. Vince went above and beyond and extended his stay to assist and returned the next day to complete the work to make my staff’s life easier.”

“It's very rare to find a company that still stands by its products and values customers so highly. I bought some supplies from Binding101, including a hole punch. To save on shipping, I had it delivered to a US address and therefore didn't receive my items for another two months - well out of the return period. Whilst the other items I ordered were of great quality, I was unhappy with the hole punch's design, so I contacted both the manufacturer and Binding101 to give my feedback. The manufacturer didn't care, but Binding101 intervened to negotiate with the manufacturer. Binding101 rescued the relationship and came to a more-than-satisfactory arrangement. In doing so, they secured my business and loyalty. Daisy at Binding101 is a joy to deal with. She is polite, friendly and determined to help.
