Purchased a new Blackstone griddle which was not in stock at the time. What was delivered several days later was a scratched, dented, filthy floor model with missing parts and missing literature.
All in all a disappointing experience.

I placed an online order for a gas grill on July 4th and it was delivered assembled on July 6th. It was missing two parts, one of which I could not use the grill without. I immediately called the number on the invoice and after being on hold and transferred a few times I was told to "keep my phone close by as someone would be contacting me within 24 hours with instructions." Twenty four hours came and went without a call so I called again. After being on hold for an hour and 10 minutes I was disconnected. I called back and again after being on hold and transferred a few times was told someone would call me within 24 hours. I was a bit skeptical and told the representative that. She told me she was bumping this up to senior management and guaranteed that I would get a call within 24 hours. Never received a call. I called back again and the representative tried to give me the same "I'll get a call back in 24 hours" response. I asked for my case number and a phone number. I got the case number but they would not give me a number to call. He placed me on hold and came back with "great news". He was going to connect me with the Weber store. I asked him "you want me to buy the missing parts that I never received?!" Again I was told that someone would call me back within 24 hours. That was July 9th and to date no one has ever called me back. I am shocked that an organization as big as Lowe's treats customers this way.

Not a salesperson to be found. Asked someone in hardware for help, said he was from another area and would call someone from that department to help. I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came. Total waste of time.

Sat outside checked in on the app in the proper space for curbside pickup for my completed order for over 15 minutes (the only car at curbside) and it was obvious no one was brining my order out to me. Had to go in to the return desk myself to retrieve my order. Not a huge deal but I did do curbside for a reason. Associate was nice and assisted right away, however no acknowledgment that it was curbside pickup that I was coming in for because I was sitting out there waiting for so long. If you're going to offer curbside pickup...then complete the actual pickup please. Time it takes to complete curbside must be a metric the store is scored on...

I was given a confirmation and window time for my delivery. Nothing showed up and I got an email saying it won’t be there for another six days. I took PTO time off to receive this shed and Lowes did absolutely nothing to compensate.

I purchased about $500 worth of materials, and gentlemen that worked for Lowe’s, offered to scan my materials while I was in an aisle. He made an honest mistake in that one of the piece of wood that was not labeled, he made a wrong assumption and overcharged me by about $10. I went to the cashier to ask to rectify the issue. The cashier said he didn’t have the authority to do a refund and wanted me to shlep all my stuff all the way down to the other end of the store to do a return for the piece of wood that was overcharged on the invoice. I told him that, it did not make sense, and it would be a huge inconvenience to bring all this stuff all the way down the store, wait in line at the refund dept, and come all the way back to load my car (I had purposely parked by the contractors area). And how can I ask for a return for something that is incorrectly invoiced in the first place. So I asked him to call the manager. After 15 minutes, no manager had showed. So I called the store from my cell. After another 15 minutes, no one had picked up my call at the store. The cashier proceeded to do the return that he had said earlier he was not authorized to do. He got it rectified in about 3 minutes. I got out of the Store, loaded my car and drove down to the other end of the store, to the customer service/returns area (while still waiting for someone to pick up my call on my phone), and asked to speak to the manager. The manager showed up and I proceeded to tell him about my ordeal. He had no apologies to offered fora customer’s inconvenience stemming from their lack of service. So I decided to return all my materials. Since they don’t care for my time, why should I care about giving them my business? If a manager cannot take accountability for his/her staff’s actions (or lack there of) then why bother pretending to care about customers (Lowe’s) ?

Lowes has always been my first stop. That changed today. Fern the manager seemed to be inconvenienced by my shopping at the store. While not overtly rude, it was clear I was a bother. So I went down the road to Home Depot and no issues. They didn't seem to mind me spending money there.
