new girl. i asked for more square and she gave me extreme attitude and i asked for certain design that she botched up completely. the polish isn’t even good. she cut me literally more than 4 times. not ok. i will never come back here.

This place is terrible. The pedicure person wouldn’t come out of the back room even though the woman out front called several times. Then she used a cuticle clipper to cut my toe nails. She cut one nail so crooked and low at one point I started to bleed. Not to mention you can barely breathe there is no ventilation in this place. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in.

To be completely honest, I love this place and I will keep coming back. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg for a mediocre at best mani/pedi/acrylic nails. I've been consistently going for about two years now and have even gotten most of my friends and my mom to start getting their nails done here. My acrylics can stay on for about 2+ months before I need to fill them. Susie is the best nail tech I'll update when I can find more picture of my nails done.

Do NOT let the man do your nails. He butchered mine seemingly on purpose out of pure laziness. He didn’t cut my cuticles or even push them back before putting on acrylics, I’ve had them one day it looks like they’ve been growing in for a week. he messed up the paint on two nails, he was careless using the hand tool that files down your nails, hitting my skin on every nail, I asked for them to be slightly shorter and he cut them so short I wish I didn’t even get them done. Horrible experience. Great place but do not book or so much as let the man come near your nails. They look like toenails, I was so upset leaving the Salon. I was offended he thought I wouldn’t notice that he purposely didn’t even try while doing my nails. Get them done by Suzy.

THEY DON’T TAKE CREDIT CARDS and INSULT LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I have been a customer for a year. They would not let me use a credit card, ever. I was only allowed to use Venmo. I went there today and they asked me if I could do Zelle instead of Venmo and I said it was easier for me to do Venmo because then I’d have to log into my bank account. I don’t have the bank app. She said that she wanted to do Zelle so they didn’t have to pay the taxes and then asked if I could pay cash instead. I said it’s not fair that the customer has to do what is convenient for them. I had already told her that I was moving, so I told her it’s a hard time for me right now with paying 2 rents and moving, etc. and she said, “that’s not my problem.” Well, it’s not my problem that they don’t want to pay taxes!!! I pay taxes! How is any of this fair?!This review could have been avoided had she been nice, “that’s not my problem?” Really? It’s true it's not her problem, but to say it to a customer who gave you cash anyway?!Sheesh.Rant over. Beware of this place. They also suggest add ons like sparkles without telling you it's extra.

booked an appointment 2 days ago for a specific time. someone called me 3 times day of my appointment. once to come earlier, i couldn’t. another one 20 minutes before my appointment to come later, then when i wasn’t there for my original appointment time because he told me to come later, he called me for a third time and asked if i was coming at my original time when he had told me to come later. the reason people book appointments is so they can come at their scheduled time, not earlier, not later. and i don’t want my phone being blown up because he’s running behind when my appointment was scheduled days in advance. ended up just canceling my appointment. not a good first impression since it would’ve been my first time going.

I enjoy coming here because they have great prices, and 4 min away from my home! Can't beat that. I have only gotten gel and dip powder manicures here, can't comment on anything else. Millie has done my gel manicure both times and she is wonderful!! My nails look so good. I took off one star due to my dip powder experience, which seems unlike many other dip powder experiences I have heard: in less than 2 weeks, it started to chip and top coat was flaking off on several nails. There were a lot of layers done, too, and looked really thick, not my favorite... I called the salon and the manager said to come in and he would fix them himself. It was really nice of him to spend the time not only fixing the 4 nails, but also providing an additional top coat on the rest, free of charge. However, it started to chip again next week. So, dip powder is not for me, possibly because I clean a lot?? I came back to have it removed and replaced with a gel mani by Millie. I am a happy customer and will be back for more of these.

I'm not sure where these good reviews are coming from, this place is disgusting! I went with my friend we both got pedicures, I got a gel mani and her a regular mani. I was going to get my eyebrows done but after seeing the place absolutely not. It was a Saturday and we couldn't find another appointment or else we would have left. I told her not to even do my cuticles, all of their tools came from the drawer!!!! None of the tools were under any disinfectant solution, light, or even in a clean package. All of the disinfectant solution jars were EMPTY on the tables I noticed. I'm shocked we didn't get an infection. Not to mention my GEL manicure is chipped not even 2 days later and her regular manicure was ruined a day later. I would not recommend and never go back. It's cheaper than everywhere in the area and now I can tell why.

Been looking for a close, consistent place to go to for my nails. I’ve been getting dip powder but decided to switch to acrylic since you can’t do anything fun with dip. My friend recommended this place so I went and they took off the dip and put on acrylic French at a reasonable price and did a phenomenal job. I will DEFINITELY be going back. And it’s only 3 min from where I work. So happy and excited to have found a place where I actually love how they do my nails and it’s not just “eh, good enough.” And a plus - the ladies are so cute & sweet who work there!Service: Acrylic nails

I went here with my friend for a pedicure yesterday and they had some untrained woman who was actually hurting me. this was the most painful misserable experience of my life. I wonder if the woman was even licensed. honestly I'm calling the state board of cosmetology on this horrible place
