bought 5 pairs of pants to wear during the week- im not large but a little on the thicker side literally 5'4 and 150ish. bought womens pants in a size medium or so, which is my usual size. immediately when i got them they were too small and not elastic at all in the waist. disappointing but managable, however i bought these *expensive* pants expecting them to last over a year in a kitchen environment.EVERY PAIR RIPPED DOWN THE MIDDLE. this low quality is unbelievable for the price, youre better off just buying scrubs or something

It's been 2 weeks, I called to get a tracking number and or status of my jacket. Customer service phone call on 800 number, the prompts did not work. The 973 number did work for prompts. I press number one. It said there would be a 30-minute wait. I waited 20 plus minutes just to have a recording come up and said there were no customer service agents available and to email info at happychef. Customer service stinks unbelievable. Take your money and do nothing .....

I have been ordering from here few years..disappointed last 2 times ordered made mistake made me pay for shipping back fast forward 2 weeks ago order same things sent something completely different . Arguing with me through email so I ate another 45 bucks because customer service really sucks..I don't give bad reviews last time they will take my money..here's a tip teach ur employees how to deal w mishaps.customer service sucks
