I've been going here for years. The prices are high and the laundy comes out fairly. They have no hypoallergenic soap, so you have to leave a bottle of your own. I drop off laundry about once a month, and my $40 bottle of detergent was empty after two washes. They obviously used it for other customers. The manager flat out laughed at me when I protested. The customer service here is known to be poor but this was ridiculous. I'd go elsewhere but they're the only wash and fold in town.

First time coming here let me start off by saying laundry is very clean new washing machine staff is very friendly and helpful and I'm super happy because you add cash to A card don't need to worry about losing your money or going back and fourth with change drying machine are very good I love the fall decorations in the laundry oh and there is parking keep up the good work God bless ..

Amazing! The facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Had my 50lb of laundry washed and folded for the next day. Sorted the clothes into bags that were easy to carry too and sorted by whose clothing it was. For example, my kids’ clothes were in one bag, mine and my husbands in another, and socks, towels, sheets in a third. Definitely going back! Thank you!!

Very clean! $3.69 for smaller washing machines and $8.79 for larger machines. I always come to wash my comforters.

Huge state of the art laundromat facility..not cheap but worth it..all newer machines..fast to wash/fast to dry.. this is important for people that don't have washing facilities at home..great place

Poor customer service. Always brought my laundry here for drop off. The first time I spent time here and decided to use my own I had an encounter with the staff. I had accidentally used the wrong restroom and when I asked and explained why I used it. She continued to say “no” as if I had a clue or was lying. There are several ways to say the same thing like “that area is for employees only the next time please use the restroom to your right” would have sufficed. Rude! Will not be dropping my services off here again. With that being said, it is a cleaner facility and other than giving me someone else’s bra once, the clothes have always come out great. Unfortunately, I will no longer be bringing my services here.

Relatively new building with new machines . Very clean, have used this facility 4 to 5 times in past 1 yr due my broken washer at home but every time has been as positive as it could be. There is always someone working to help you if needed, (always nice). There are 3 to 4 different sized machines and 1 size for the dryers. NO ODOR DETECTED in washers, never used dryers. Must use a card you load with $ to start machines. They have 2 machines that will provide a new card or just load $ onto an existing card you already obtained from there.Do have a restroom, vending machine, small sink for use by the washers and small necessary items for purchase such as soaps, liquid softener, dryer sheets, etc... (even bags for purchase for your clothes) they provide a laundary service for those but I can not comment on cost or cleanliness of clothes. Personally I happened to be sitting in front of a few washers the staff just started cleaning of a customer's clothes and I did not feel enough soap was used, lather/soap bubbles very weak while washing. As with everything today, it's expensive, everything costs too much but it's necessary to have clean clothes.YES, THEY HAVE A WELL WORKING AIR CONDITIOING SYSTEM.For the times I have been there it really was never crazy busy with inability to wait for machines.The owner happened to be there once when I went in and he was super polite and very eager about customer asking for help if needed. My fiance and I will only come to this laundry mat! Very clean! Never broken machines! Polite and welcoming staff! Prices are competitive with surrounding areas! Overall great place to get your laundry done! Highly recommend byo laundry ?

Never been anything but very satisfied until 2 Sundays ago. Place was busy, but not crazy. One lady worker appeared to be there by herself & was very nasty. Tried to give her a break as it appeared to be overwhelmed until she literally yelled at my husband. He and I are both disabled - I'm in a wheelchair. We are used to so much help & friendly behaviour from all workers & the boss, I was astounded by her behavior.
