I've been to numerous Vets with my dog Smokey but once I tried Butler Veterinary Hospital I knew I found a great place. Dr. Sereda and Dr. Garro are amazing with my dog . especially Dr. Sereda who has been taking the most care of my dog. She is patient , very knowledgeable, Very informative and She gives me so much comfort and information . She has no problem answering all of my questions and concerns . I love the way she is with my Smokey. I can't say enough about this place .
Even when my visit is over they continue to care about your pet and they call and check up on how they are doing and feeling. No vet has ever done this before and I love this about them . The staff at the front desk when walking in is extremely friendly and welcoming . I highly recommend this Vet to any pet parent !!

I had brought my epileptic german shephard to dr Garro, who was very helpful in getting my dog her meds that the neurologist from NY would call in. My baby was only 2 when they started but at 4 they amped up. We were lost and just didn't know, when is it time?
I called in tears, desperately seeking advice and she called me right back asking her symptoms and what was going on. Although the pain was hard to bare, she calmed me in knowing, her time was here. I can't thank her enough for that. They sent a card that everyone signed, that was very sweet and appreciated. Thank you to the staff as well!! Everyone was very helpful in getting her needs met

We've been taking our furkids to Dr. Garro almost since she opened. She is one of the most compassionate and caring vets I know. She takes the time to explain everything to us and makes us feel comfortable in our agreed upon plan of action. The rest of the office personnel is a well-oiled machine and is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Garro and the Butler Veterinary Hospital.

Best decision we made for our two dogs! Our one dog was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia and our previous vet immediately recommended a very costly surgery. Once we switched here Dr. Short recommended a different plan of action and 3 years later we still have not had to result to surgery! The team there has truly been amazing!

The Butler Veterinary staff is consistently welcoming and attentive whenever I bring Biscuit in. The doctors patiently address all my questions, no matter how unusual, and provide Biscuit with the best possible care.

Awful place. Girls on the back seemed to be on their phones a lot. Some staff seemed confused and afraid to communicate with what looked like their bosses…. Wouldn’t trust them with my animals if that’s how they treat people

From our first dog to our current menagerie that includes two cats and a dog with a seizure disorder (that is fully controlled thanks to butler vet!) Dr. Garro and her team at Butler Vet have been our trusted veterinary care providers since they opened. The care is top notch and the office is clean, organized and well-run.

If you are looking for a veterinarian, who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable, look no further. My husband and I got a new golden retriever puppy, Maggie and she has brought so much love and happiness into our home. When searching for a veterinarian, I knew we would be going to Dr. Garro.
Upon entering the animal hospital, it was extremely clean, and the staff was very welcoming. The animal hospital is decorated so nicely with beautiful pictures of cats and dogs on display. I waited no longer than 10 minutes before Maggie and I were in the room and being seen! I felt throughout the entire appointment that I received so much helpful information as well as compassion. While Dr. Garro was in the room, I knew that Maggie had her full attention, and she was receiving the best care. Dr. Garro and her staff gave us many options of treatment for our puppies UTI and some stomach issues. I felt so well informed on all of the vaccines which was extremely helpful because my husband and I live in a heavily populated dog community! Dr. Garro and her staff never made us feel rushed or like just another patient to be seen.
We are SO excited to watch our puppy grow and feel relieved that we know she’s in good hands!

Dr. Garro and her ENTIRE team have been there for me whenever I needed them. Offering multiple treatment plans, compassion, and amazing bedside manner. At the beginning of 2024, I had to make the hardest decision of my life to euthanize my dog Freya, and the entire team and Dr. Garro made the process as painless and compassionate as possible, and sent a card to my family afterwards, signed by the entire team. Freya absolutely loved them, and I do as well.They will always be my go-to for all of my pets in the future, even since I moved to Hewitt!If you want to have your pets TRULY taken care of, by a practice that I cannot recommend enough, please trust Butler Veterinary Hospital with your pets care and well-being. You will absolutely not regret it.

Where can one start to describe the compassion, understanding, honesty that this practice provides? It starts with Dr. Garro, who is incredible. We had to use her in an emergency, and she and her staff were incredible. Her caring for our beloved golden retriever, thorough examination, up front and truthful diagnosis, options for treatment, and pricing were so welcome and made our visit so much more understanding. Her staff clearly follows her lead and treats every client with the same respect and compassion. Dr. Garrow is second to nobody -- and the care she provided to our BJ and even to us as we grieved our loss, just can't be matched.
