Not sure why this location is even open. Branch manager clearly doesn’t care about client relationships and you could tell they don’t want any customers walking in that make them do something “extra” Hire new staff who actually want to work.

ATM out of service again. They should just close this branch. I'd rather drive to Oakland

ATM is always broken. Legit always broken. Will be switching banks. Tired of this place. Lobby is barely ever open as well. Would imagine this place will be closed soon as it’s under utilized and barely accessible.
