I had a great experience with advanced water softening. Knowing nothing about the type of filter I had in my house, I spoke with Christina who was very knowledgeable and professional. Delivery was early. He carried the salt down to the basement, filled the tank. Very efficient. We both have back issues and lifting those bags are nearly impossible. The extra cost is worth it
