I have to tell you that Omar in the pharmacy is one of my favorite people, not to mention the wonderful pharmacist who are very knowledgeable and friendly. They literally take out the time to step aside and review any questions or concerns with the many people that come into Walmart. I really like that they help everyone and it is enjoyable to see that people still make time to give customers the quality customer service that they deserve. I know that for my husband and I, I appreciate knowing any side effects or any kind of concerns with medication or helping to understand things a little bit better and I feel like even the Walmart is a large chain, we still see that they take the time and care to help customers, not just my husband and I. We enjoy coming to the store and also getting our medications at this place Walmart Pharmacy has our vote

I really don't know what the complaints are about. I've also been to many pharmacies across the country, including quite a few in New Jersey. Burlington Walmart pharmacy has been as good as any pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been going regularly for a few years now and they have been prompt, accurate, and the customer service has been excellent. I think some people are morons, and like to blame others for their own mistakes and shortcomings.

The service at this pharmacy is the worst, the pharmacists are rude, they never have my meds in. I would happily go to another pharmacy but my insurance only allows me to go to a ealmart pharmacy. When I complained to the pharmacy about their horrible service the pharmacist was very rude and told me I should go somewhere else.

The Walmart pharmacy as a whole- Ive been to ones in NJ and ones across the entire country in Cali- is the worst pharmacy you could ever go to. They always screw up my order- and it seems, when I'm waiting in a 10-15 minute line every time- every one else's, they have a bad attitude and a "I never got the call in for your refill" motto plastered on their faces everytime I go there. I went there because they were cheap and convenient, but when it comes to efficiency, accuracy, and service, Walmart Pharmacy is the absolute WORST!

Called to check on availability of item was transfered three times and then put on hold. I put phone on speaker and continued with other work I was doing and finally hung up phone after 35 minutes on hold. Not good business! I don't think anyone in the service industry cares anymore about what people want. Rude service!!!!!
