I really wish we were allowed to give 0 stars, because they don't even deserve one!! I called to see if my Dr had called in my prescription. The phone rang for a long time, and then someone answered the phone finally, and laughing said "I'll be with you in a minute". Well 15 minutes went by (I am out of my medication and need it for tomorrow) and no one came back on the phone. Then it sounded like someone picked up and hung up on me right away. I guess they have no interest in doing their jobs. They certainly don't care about the customers! I'll take my business elsewhere from now on!!

The cashier with dyed red curly hair asked me if I was a part of the rewards program, when I told her I was not and hit the cancel prompt on the card reader (so I could move pass the rewards screen and get to the pay prompt) the cashier hits the back button on her register screen and then proceeds to put in her own PERSONAL phone number so she could "check to see if there were any discounts" on my items. Why would the cash register not show all discounts/promotions that could be applied to the items or not?? She's clearly taking the reward points from customers who are not a part of the rewards system and giving them to herself which is FRAUD and THEFT. I just thought I'd leave a review since I had time today.

I have been a customer of the pharmacy for years, even though I’ve been frustrated and considering switching for a while now, but tonight was the last straw. They’ve completely lost scripts of mine, one of which I’ve been trying to fill for months and have personally seen my dr send in, They’ve said a medicine was out of stock and they needed to order but when I followed up after 2 WEEKS, it was never ordered.Tonight was the worst. I arrived at 545 to pick up my scripts. The pharmacy tech looked right at me, then made a conscious decision to ignore me. At one point he came right up to drive thru window to bundle receipts and did his damndest to avoid eye contact, even though I was two feet from his face. The pharmacist also saw me and then kept walking by, avoiding eye contact. The store manager came into the pharmacy and ignored me as well. Then, they shut the outside lights to the pharmacy off on me at 6, and left. No acknowledgement. No. “sorry, we closed early”. Just absolutely rude and unprofessional. I expect this treatment from a fast food restaurant but not from a medical professional. I’m absolutely appalled and wrote to corporate, and I’m not a Karen, but this was too much. I know it’s all on camera. I will be joining the others in this review section and taking my business elsewhere.

Scheduled a Covid test through their website for this specific location. Received phone call 30 minutes prior to appointment that they are no longer doing Covid tests. I asked why website allows it. They said it’s corporate’s fault.

I came to this place to pick up an order which I received confirmation that it was ready. I noticed that no one was at the photo counter so I decided that I would ask one of the employees if we can have someone to assist me and another person ahead of me and she said "give me a minute" which is fine but it was the way she said it. Anyhow , long story short after what it seemed like forever, the employee advised me that she could not complete the order because the printer or the ink was not working . I understand that sometimes things don't work but you should check your attitude. I just walked away. I will not be using this store anytime soon. My usual store in Riverside for some reason was not able to fulfill my order. Very disappointing experience.

The pharmaceutical manager is clearly not fit to be in the industry let alone be a manager. The store manager usually has to go back to the pharmacy to do their job for them. Beth makes an effort to pick up Yuri’s slack but she shouldn’t have to. To reach to pharmacy I have to call the store manager. She has her own job to do Yuri, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Today is 2/7/23. I am currently on minute 18 of hold at the pharmacy. The worker tonight repeatedly picked up the phone and replaced it on hold over and over again.

They have a new manager and her name is "Karen" I always buy cigarettes and none of the employees would give me a problem about my id card being expired... All they need to see is my date of birth. The manager is very rude and sarcastic and wouldn't let me buy cigarettes. I got a new id card and she stood behind the cashier after she scanned my new id card hoping it was expired just so she could give me a hard time... She looked at me with disgust and sarcastically said thank you have a nice day. The employees look miserable. I think I know why...

Hi I was in your store at the pharmacy speaking to your pharmacist employees and they were very rude because I asked questions and they were not able to answer or didn't want to answer or felt I was asking them too many questions that they did not want to answer so they became very rude to me called me argumentative because you offer free covid testing and you advertise free covid testing I was ill and I wanted to be tested I had to have my insurance card and I had to make an appointment unfortunately I didn't know I need an appointment to be tested I thought it was a health wrist thing so that you can be tested without an appointment but you're older white gentleman went and said something very nasty about me to the black employee that was helping me and because I was ill I was trying to understand what was going on and they made me feel like I was imposing on their job but they're there to answer questions to help the public so I don't think your pharmacist are nice people and I don't think your story tonight this is not the first time I've been in your store and I felt very I'm Easy in your store is the best word I can say

They used to be good, but ever since Rite Aid closed in town, they are too busy and are not adding more employees. Second time they "lost" a script and could not give me the prescription sent in by my doctor...and it was 5:30, doctor's office was closed, and script was for pain medication....did not have a good night last night at all. Understaffed, do not answer the phone for over 15 minutes, and not at all professional in demeanor nor performance. I'm moving to another pharmacy.

There pharmacy didn't have my Ciprofloxacin in stock. I had a bad bad infection and they didn't have it. And they only are opened until 6pm. I highly recommend switching pharmacy's. And every time I get my prescription through the drive through the line is super long and they are slow and extremely understaffed.
