It was really unfortunate to drive to the store with an issue with my service and poor customer interaction from Verizon and sent to the local store by the online time team for help -. Only to be told by Troy the Manager that the Verizon corporate store is different than the Verizon customer service and he has trouble getting help from the outsourced team from the Philippines, but he has to call in a few times because he can’t understand them and also can’t get the help he needs in store. Troy also had a hard time focusing on me the customer while I was explaining the situation- he kept looking around the store and did not follow the conversation and would interrupt my and talk to fellow employees that were walking by - no excuse me - no focus - no ownership -
His Resolution was to get me back to the online store when my request was to contact a manager for assistance with my request. Needless to say I had to go above his managers team to get resolution - I tell you this 11 year customer has had enough.
Also it’s so sad Verizon is so late to the game responding to this review- please go to TMobile people- also found out this is not a corporate store which explains why Troy and the crew lack the tact and professionalism needed to assist customers and only view them as sales .

Went to this store about 1 week ago for my wireless phones. Now I'm checking online and someone has opened up a landline on my account. Wait what??? Please be careful with this store.

Excellent customer service throughout the store.! I locked myself out of my old phone and was forced to purchase a new phone.Rico helped me,it took hours and two days for him to finally get my number transferred over to Verizon.I appreciate his patience and his good natured personality.There was a tall woman who assisted him.Thats how complicated it was.Thank you!

I get to the store at 6:51 and the manager closes the door because he didn't want to serve me eventhough it was not 7 pm. I've had a verizon plan for about 5 years. I am a business owner and it think it's pretty unprofessional behavior.

I had a very difficult phone processing and data transfer circumstances that had completely rendered my brand new phone unusable.
The Verizon rep had to perform a number of in house system reset and data transfer functions as well as get assistance from their own outside and higher authorized personnel to ultimately get the new phone to initiate and Fully perform all of the new phone data transfer functions.
The technical help I received was thorough and expertly handled very effectively by the quite confident tech6 & sales representative.
It took time and considerable effort, and I felt entirely confident as well that the stores representative was in complete con and would ultimately get my difficult problem resolved.
He did exactly that, and I could not have been more satisfied with the time, confidence, and patience the representative showed toward me and throughout my visit - start to finish. A+ Customer Service.

I was really Impressed how beautiful this store was and How Friendly The Employees were.I was greeted as soon as i walked in and promptly helped with my new phone transfer by Ronnie....He was a HUGE Help and very nice to deal with....I Highly Recommend this Verizon Store for your Next Purchase or anything else you may need.Thanks Ronnie for all your Help.

Service here is excellent. They do know their business. Any questions, or info you need, they have an answer. Phones tend to be expensive but watch for their sale promotions, you'll do better. Ww ordered a new phone for my daughter and they said delivery about 2/16/24, but it came 1/30/24.

Was having issues with my iPhone and I was able to diagnose it as a bad SIMcard. I went to the Verizon store in Burlington Township and I was helped by a young man I believe his name was Troy. He helped us immediately as soon as we walked in the door. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the SIM card no questions asked. Problem was solved and we were out of there in 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I am highly upset how Verizon Wireless really trying to take advantage from $86 to $308 bill!!! My mom left for a cruise in NJ, upon entering the boat on the Royal Caribbean ship the personal set it so that she would have WiFi Calling and Texts through there. Even her phone settings was set to WiFi Calling and No Roaming on her iPhone. Apparently these settings are meaning less since the 2nd Verizon Rep Vi 7/27/23 at 11:13am. Told us that because airplane mode wasn't on and that's what incurred these charges. Mine you she's on a boat.Also, the first Rep didn't even say that nor did she not know how long or where the roaming charges even start or ended. It's funny how the 2nd Rep all of sudden had this vague info. This is crazy and predatory for someone my mom's age to have all these rules that don't make sense. The bill she got had none of this info on there and no break down of those charges on it as you can see from the pictures.My mom had to end the wireless service, we may have to end our Fios with them as well. Companies need to stop this price gouging and junk fees. Enough is enough. They should want to correct this our seniors shouldn't have to be taken advantage.
