I am highly upset how Verizon Wireless really trying to take advantage from $86 to $308 bill!!! My mom left for a cruise in NJ, upon entering the boat on the Royal Caribbean ship the personal set it so that she would have WiFi Calling and Texts through there. Even her phone settings was set to WiFi Calling and No Roaming on her iPhone. Apparently these settings are meaning less since the 2nd Verizon Rep Vi 7/27/23 at 11:13am. Told us that because airplane mode wasn't on and that's what incurred these charges. Mine you she's on a boat. Also the first Rep didn't even say that nor did she not know how long or where the roaming charges even start or ended. It's funny how the 2nd Rep all of sudden had this vague info. This is crazy and predatory for someone my mom's age to have all these rules that don't make sense. The bill she got had none of this info on there and no break down of those charges on it as you can see from the pictures. My mom had to end the wireless service, we may have to end our Fios with them as well. Companies need to stop this price gouging and junk fees. Enough is enough. They should want to correct this our seniors shouldn't have to be taken advantage.

I don't understand how they just make their own hours at this location. Very frustrating to drive here after work to see they closed at 5 on this day. Despite the website saying 7 and yelp saying 8.

After coming home from being out of the country I had a problem where my payment did not go through, somehow my bank declined the payment because I notified my bank that we would be out of the country and they thought that someone was making fraudulent charges somehow. It was really confusing but I went into my local Verizon wireless store and that is where I met a team member named Kim and also another staff member,.....I believe his name was Mike, a manager. I quickly explain the situation and Kim jumped into action and made several phone calls and was a huge help. I was able to follow the steps that she recommended and call back to their customer service line 1st thing the next morning which is what I did today and everything got worked out. The service was exceptional and the attention to detail for helping and taking care of things really exceeded my expectations. Five stars all the way across the board hopefully Kim is given a raise, as well as some recognition

The employees show up to work late. Security apologized for the inconvenience but this is the holiday shopping season and it's unprofessional and unacceptable. They show up late and tell security to tell me to wait another 15 minutes as if I had nothing to else to do. Unacceptable. Don't shop here at Verizon on 541 in Burlington,NJ

Just had a very good experience adding an additional line to my plan. Valerie made things very easy and explained all of the options. Transaction was very quick and I didn't feel pressured to acquire any unnecessary services. I was also educated about Verizon business and am looking into using version as my flower shops phone service. Thank you!

Dont go!!!! Went in to upgrade my phone-been with verizon 14 years--was told of restocking fee- if i took phone home and then changed my mind. He takes the phone out of the box--i had showed him i wanted the same phone i had- as far as color--he takes the new phone out of the box-its purely white? i said i don't want that-i hadn't even had the phone in my hand, it didn't even leave his hand--and they tell me i have to pay a 35$ restocking fee? A very arrogant person who claims to be a manager comes over essentially says--theres nothing he can do-- i leave the store--and get my cc bill, and sure enough it is there! Have to call up again and argue with verizon! My money is refunded, just stay away from this store--many stores with much better customer service
