They're pleasant to deal with in person but for the past month or so I've been having issue's with them delivering packages to the wrong house or packages being marked as delivered when they were never delivered. And I have a doorbell camera so I know this. And they almost never answer their phone!!! ?

That one Indian (gujrati) lady is the meanest most annoying employee I came across in the world. She needs to be fired for the way she behaves to customers and screams at them.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMWR SERVICE AND LAZY EMPLOYEES .....WAITED ON HOLD FOR 55 MINNNNNNNN FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP AND WITH OUT SAYING A WORD TRANSFERRED ME DIRECTLY TO THE AFTER CALL SURVEY LIKE THEY HELPED MEEEEEE CUZ THEY DIDNT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB POST MASTER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF

My mailman needs to stop talking on his cell phone and put the mail in the right box. He also has a bad aditude. He drops the packages on the cement porch,and doesn't knock on the door. Need to hire polite workers

I can't believe how many BILLS I DONT receive. Never an issue a few years back.. I'm constantly 'late' with them. I know I should KNOW when Bill's are due but it's getting ridiculous. I simply don't get the mail.. I will now go to paperless and forget relying on the mail.I am also getting other people's mail more and more frequently. I find myself playing mail person. My house number is on the house, it's on the mail box, WTH

Zero Star for service, meaner and talk. They people work here doesn’t have good manners. The staff is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers and like to give them hard time to customer. They always complain about any packages or envelopes you give to them. I was there today with 20+ pound packages and they keep complaining about custom form description & address labels on box. This is not first time they give me hard time. They always do this. Worst service always. Few months back one of staff members told me to use other courier service because I work for that company. Sure a worst customer service & worst staff.
