I went to the UPS store on Saturday with a bunch of returns for Amazon. I didn’t realize (completely my fault) that some of the items I could bring without packaging and others needed to be boxed up. Serra was so patient and went above and beyond to help me package my items with extra boxes they had there. It took a really long time but she saved me! I know the UPS store isnt supposed to do that, and I so appreciate the help she gave me. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

I pretty much only use them to ship out amazon returns and that’s it. They do a phenomenal job at making the process fast & easy. Not too busy either which is a plus!

We decided to get a UPS Box because we have issues receiving packages where we live, and USPS PO boxes aren't convenient due to their hours. .. Based on my experience each time, the entire staff has always been very helpful, courteous, and respectful. We will continue to renew our UPS Box at this location. Thank You!

DJ was excellent! I was refused an Amazon return at another location because the box that the item was shipped in was damaged and DJ let me know that wasn't allowed. He took my package and salvaged the box so it saved me money from buying a box. Thank you so much!!!

Stopped in today to drop off a prelabeled package. When the rep, Allison, went to scan it in, it wouldn't scan. I don't know if my home printer was screwed up, or it got scratched, whatever the case may be it was damaged and couldn't ship. Allison asked if I could pull up the label on my phone, which I did. For some reason, it wouldn't display large enough to scan, so more issues. Allison then offered for me to screenshot and email the label to get and she would print from the computer, which we did. Had she not offered this, I would've had to run home to print, and they would've been closed by the time I got back. While it was a simple gesture, it showed that she's got customer service in her mind at all times! Will continue to utilize this store if everyone is as great as Allison!

Bad attitude never go again, I went to print one document I don't know for who this place , but I felt "shocked when I heard the man over there saying no service for you this is weird then he run away before I give him answer but the young lady helped me . Don't worry man I'm definitely never going to this bad place again. I don't like bad aggressive attitude I have child I should be carful "supposed be there's camera recording what happened that's crazy " Good luck "

It's hard to know who to trust with your shipping needs. Honestly, I've had items stolen by both UPS and USPS employees and had packages delivered to my address by FedEx that were far from where they should have been delivered. Had to that they are always throwing in unknown exceptions to delay your delivery I opted to try the new UPS location in Burlington since my package was larger and I knew the post office would no longer mail it. FedEx was out of the question in case they delivered to the wrong address they are in no rush to correct their mistake. The store was very neat and clean and provides a variety of services. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Shipping with them was very easy and yes, while I did get that dreaded shipping exception through no fault of the store, I would not hesitate to use their services again.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO DROP OFF ITEMS FROM AMAZON. I selected this location for the closer location on 12/24. In 99.95% when I have returned Amazon items to other UPS Stores Staples drop off location I receive a returned notification within a few hours at most. But when I returned an Amazon item at this UPS Store it has been four days and still no notification. I used the tracking number and the only information was "A lable has been created". I called the store and the person said that the item was returned 2 days before I even set foot in the store. He then says that Amazon takes two weeks before a notification will be sent. I as taken aback by his response and he still had no explanation of hiw his record says my item was returned before I actually returned it. This is Not the Matrix. Do not trust this store to return any items of value.
