DONT GO HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I tried to change my rate plan and the rep tried everything to make me not do it. I wanted to go from 140 plan to 100 plan. He says “ you’ll lose Netflix” I said ok, then he says you’re not gonna be lower than you are! I said how if the plan is 40$ cheaper, he had no answer. Then he says it’s 60$ today for activation fee. I said what activation, the phone is already on. He says anytime u change a plan it’s a 60$ act fee. I leave call T-Mobile and change my plan with no fee and no hassle! These authorized dealers are a joke and just want to make money from upgrades and never want to lower a bill or cancel. HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER WILL VISIT HERE AGAIN!

I visited this location an hour before they closed (6:00pm) and as soon as I walked in the sales associate (hispanic guy with hat) says to me im sorry we’re closed. I then replied your store hours outside the door indicate 7, he replies “ohhh i know, we know, we never changed/updated them” which didn’t make sense because the website indicated 7pm as well. Then proceeds to say to me wait a sec as if he was gonna help all of sudden. So i waited because he was helping another customer then he asks shortly after, what phone do I have. I tell him the type and then he replies we dont have that without even checking or looking in his inventory first. So i asked him can he check to make sure. I come to this location all the time to replace my screen protector with my warranty that i pay for with my bill monthly and ALL of a sudden I come in on super bowl sunday and “we dont have any and we close an hour before the store ACTUALLY closes”. Then the second sales associate that was in the facility co signs “oh yeah we dont have it for a 13 pro max after the sales associate that was helping me asks him. My visit was very unprofessional and I will NOT being coming to this location again! Another establishment in Burlington County bites the dust again. YUCK!

I made a mistake and tried the wireless internet looking for an option to replace xfinity. It was a free trial period. I returned everything before the trial period was over and called to disconnect the service, which they couldn't do in the store for some reason. Supposed to be clear but I got a bill from them so I called customer service. They couldn't help I needed to be verified at a store. I stood in the store for 45 minutes while the rep said he was calling whoever to take care of the charge. Finally he said everything was ok. That was November or December 2023. I just got another bill. I called customer service and I didn't have my pin, but I had the disconnected account number, but she couldn't do anything. I had to go to the store again. I went back to the store and they told me to call customer service who told me to go to the store. The rep heard that and said I had to go to a real t mobile store. T mobile ain't worth the trouble.

Marcus was an amazing worker! He gave me a new phone and got through it in 40 min. There was a line of people waiting and he had this way to make everyone still calm! He should be moved up to the manager!

I came to the store looking for the iPhone 14 pro Max privacy screen protector since I have the insurance with p360 on my phone and the representative told me that they didn’t have it . I asked if he could place an order for me to get the replacement ship to my address and he said I will need to call customer service for that , I told him I actually work for Tmobile and he could use the P360 tool to place the order for me and his answer was : I don’t know how to do that . My problem is not the fact that he didn’t know how to do an specific task , but the correct thing to do in that situation would have been to ask for his manager help . Terrible customer experiencePS: I don’t remember the name of the employee but I came to the store on 03/24/23 around 7pm

Staff is not helpful. Nicholas was busy texting on his phone instead of helping me thoroughly!! I would NOT recommend T-Mobile to anyone!!!!!!!

Google shows they close at 9pm every night except 1 & says it was verified 4 days ago. Not true!We went at 7:43pm, a girl was in there but the door was locked & she shook her head no & hand. Weird because their sign & balloons were outside.
