They are the sneakiest lying pharmacists ever! Too many times to count the tell you many fibs to cover their incompetence!!! They ignore your wishes and preferences!! Please here is a fine example on who works for who?!!!! Very disappointed once again!! They know what I am talking about!!!...I am treated with no respect!!...😔

Absolutely horrible customer service I called for a simple yes or no answer, sounds simple enough right? The first time I called I spoke with a regular associate and the associate said he couldn't answer my question over the phone, I didn't see why not? My question didn't require anything personal it was just a general question, I quickly got the phone hung up on me. So second time around I called and asked to speak to the management on duty and the manager told me to never call back again. WTH! I feel sorry for the patients and customers of this place seriously horrible!! I wouldn't recommend this place and their services not even to my worst enemy! Very disgusted!

Rite Aid in Burlington NJ on sunset Rd doesn't hold up to hours displayed, especially for drive through. I can't figure why you display hours and don't uphold to them . I will be contacting the better business bureau, this is rediculius almost 15 minutes late. I would suggest that this hours are presented at the times displayed to give ustomers a wide variety of hours to pick up medication, I wasn't given that opportunity today sham on Rite Aid.

Rite Aid Pharmacists in Burlington are some lying unprofessional pharmacist!! They..Martinez and Pretti lied to me and said I couldn't get one of my pain meds because my insurance rejected it saying it was too soon...a lie that they ALWAYS tell you because they make up their own rules. After I called my insurance...they told me that my insurance did not rejected it and Rite aid was lying. I approached the pharmacist Pretti...she told me it had nothing to do with my insurance approving my prescription or if I paid cash she will not fill it basically,... she Pretti and Martinez think they are Dr.'s and that they have the right to fill my pain meds when they feel like it. I changed to a new pharmacy because the Pharmacist Martinez and Pretti lied and think they have the right to fill my pain meds when they feel like it!! I am calling the board on these two and I will not stop until something is done to these two power control, lying pharmacist in Burlington,NJ.!!!
