This place is the worse place I have ever encountered. I advise you to do business elsewhere if you want to receive great customer service. Kyle who is the manager provided poor customer service. And when a company is only in business for the money and not putting emphasis on customer success run as fast as you can. The quality of work is extremely poor. I bought my screen and window pane there to get fixed a couple of months ago. I brought my screen back home to put back in the window and the screen came a loose. I took the screen back the next day to have them fix it. Kyle the manager said he was unable to fix it and that there is no warranty on fixing window or screens. I stated that I wanted my money back or at least half, he said he paid the installer Jess monies for working on it and that he didn’t want to loose money. I was instantly frustrated and instead of the manager deescalating the situation he escalated it as to where I called the police and made a report. Do not trust this company after the new manger took over, the business went down!
