I've only ordered online, but this is one of my go-to bird stores! Awesome selection and great prices. The customer support is unmatched!!! I can find everything for my flock of 5 (green check, ringneck, 2 amazons, and mini macaw!!!)

I ordered for the first time and let me tell you I will definitely be ordering again! My order came within 3 days and the owners are so sweet and considerate, they even sent a toy for my cat! Plus my pets love all of the toys I ordered. So glad I came across their website and decided to order it will be my new go to! If you’re thinking about ordering from here, do it!!

I have purchased items for my parrot at this store many times and I have never been disappointed. The customer service has always been excellent. The agents are pleasant and wonderful and friendly and the food is always a high quality as are the toys. I will continue to purchase from this place just because they treat us very well and they take care of our other animals and us in the process

Love Love LOVE this shop!! So many wonderful SAFE products!!! The owner is very helpful and accommodating, she goes out of her way to make sure the products I need are available. Can't do better than My Bird Safe Store, unless it comes directly from Mother Nature!

Super fast shipping! If I had one complaint, it's the shipping is too fast, haha! I ordered on a Friday night and, by the posted hours, I assumed closed on the weekend. An item got dropped from my shopping cart before I paid and sent, was hoping to call at Monday opening to see if I could add it but my order already shipped! Great packing too. Thank you for the free surprise goodies!

Absolutely love this small business. I live in California so I order online and I receive my order extremely fast and usually get free shipping. They have the best deals. You can earn points and redeem them for money off as well. Everything is package extremely well and they always throw in some extra goodies. Thank you for everything! I’ll be using this company FOREVER to buy bird safe products!

I love this store!!! I live in TN and order my Harrison’s Bird Food from them and have just been astounded at how they try to keep prices as reasonable as possible and offer extremely reasonable shipping rates as well. Their site is fun, informative, easy to search around in, and loaded with all sorts of safe toys, treats, perches, and anything else one might need to keep their birds happy and healthy. If I lived up there, they would be running me out of the store every day! Thank you for continuing to help people take care of their birds in this world where prices continue to rise and make things more difficult for all of us to keep trying to do the right thing. I've ordered online twice and felt my order was always packaged with a great amount of care and even hand signed by those who fulfilled the order. Every single time I order, I find extra little toys and shreds for my sweet birdie! (They also have been including a little bag of human candy!) It's my bird's first birthday today and she is celebrating in style, thank you!
