Headed down south on a roadtrip and noticed a nail in our tire. They got us right in and patched our tire for a great cost! Thank you for your hard work and getting us back on the road!

Thank you for your awesome service today! It's not often I can walk into an auto service without my husband and feel as tho I'm being taking advantage of. I came in expecting to make an appointment and thankfully you were available to fix my issue right away. The staff was very friendly and also knowledgeable. This place is a rip off they added hazzard insurance to the tires I was buying without asking me.i went to pepboys instead and saved 600 dollars.

NOT WORTH IT. AVOID AT ALL COST.1. Don’t waste your time making an appointment, they will still make you wait hours to get serviced2. I came in for an oil change just for them to tell me that I would need the entire pan replaced because whoever they had service it last time I came used sealant to prevent it from leaking. NO ONE informed me of them doing this & they let me leave knowing the potential of the leak. They refuse to take any accountability, quoting me almost $900 for a new pan despite it being their error/lack of communication to begin with.This used to be my go-to service center but they lost me as a customer. If you care about your car (& your wallet) you’d go somewhere else.

Use to go here all the time but not any more. My daughter went for an oil change .. price skyrocketed to over $113 for an oil change on a 4 cyclinder small SUV then they scared her into having a new cabin filter installed by telling her she was breathing in “dangerous air”. Then they charged her $37 for the filter and $30 to put it in which probably took 10 seconds. Way to take advantage of a young female driver

Go see Joe!! Awesome customer service, awesome mechanics. In and out under 30 mins for a tire patch. They handle a variety of work besides tires. I'm definitely going back because of Joe at the front desk. Clean office and clean shop and everyone that was there was professional.

By far the worst service and customer service I've ever received. Lee is extremely rude and has a smug nonchalant attitude when bringing up any issue. Brought my car in for a steering rack replacement FRIDAY and was told I'd be notified when it was ready. I called Saturday night before closing just to check on the status and was told they were wrapping it up and it should be done that night or the morning. I call in the morning and they Said they are wrapping it up now and will get a call when it's done. I get no call that day. So I go in to see what's going on sunday and they told me they are still waiting on the approval from the tech THAT WENT HOME ALREADY (LEE) and I had to wait until MONDAY TO PICK IT UP. I'll never be back because the misleading information and extreme rude responses I got after expressing my displeasure about the situation. ON TOP OF THAT THEY MISPLACED MY ENGINE COVER AND I HAVE YET TO HAVE SEEN IT SINCE

By Far The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Rating No StarsMANAGER LEE IS SHADY!I HIGHLY Do Not Recommend This Shop!Please Save Your MONEY!I came here for an OIL CHANGE on MARCH 13 2023.A Week or Two After Car Dashboard Indicated That My Car Needed OIL.I Brought My Car Back To Ask Questions.Manager Lee Stated That They Must Have Not Screwed The Screw Correctly.They Refilled my OIL.A week or 2 weeks later My Car Indicated that My Car Needs Oil, Continued Driving Will Cause Damage To my Engine.I Bring My Car BACK!I Never Has This Problem Until I brought it here For an Oil Change.Manager LEE AND the Associate stated that they will Take a Look At It.I Come Back the Associate stated that Manager LEESTATED CAR OIL Just NEEDED TO BE TOPPED OFF.AGAIN...A Week Or 2 After My Car Has the Same Problems NO OIL Dashboard Says OIL NEEDED DAMAGE TO engines.I Bring My Car Back To "LEE""Mr.Tires" Today 4/21/23 AT 9 AMI Called Them Back Around 4 PMManager Lee Stated That I Need To Have My Valve Cover Gasket Replaced. For $850 !!!!FOR $850 !!!!I asked Manager Lee Why Was This Not Brought To My Attention The First 3 Times I came With The Car.Manager Lee Stated That He Told Me About It. Which is a LIEI Then Ask if Can He Provide Me With The Invoice & Notes That Come with Every Invoice With The Free Inspection.Here Come The Shady Manager LeeHe Stated That He Could Not Find the Invoice and Would have to go through Boxes to Find It. I told Him my Bank Statement Shows a Date Of March 13, 2022. The Receipts & Invoice should state any other problem with the Car.Since They Give a "Courtesy Inspection"I Walked into the ShopManager Lee Gave Me Back My Keys I Began to Ask About The Invoice/Receipt From My OIL CHANGE And Please Show Me Where They COMMUNICATED & Left Notes About the GASKET.Manager LEE watches me Stand There For An extra 10-15 MINS.I Thought He was looking for a solution.He started to help another customer while I'm standing there.Afterward asking if there was anything he can do to help me.YES, I'm a customer looking for a printed Receipt!I Responded Yes Can I Have The Invoice From My Oil Change In March That Have Notes From My "FREE INSPECTION"Manager Lee Became Frustrated and Rude And Stated He Is Busy & Cannot Help Me Or Take the Time to Print It Out.ShadyI Told Him My Statement Shows The Day I Was Here I Can Help Make It Easier. He Refused To Help.ShadyNot to mention I Had My Rear Main Seal Fixed Here For $1700.I called the Hotline and They Stated There were no notes indicating any other problem with the carCompletely ShadeI Will Be Looking To Take This To Corporate.Also Will Be Reporting to NJ Consumer Affairs.When a Customer asks for a Receipt/ Invoice Indicating an Explanation And Documentation There Should Not Be a Problem.LastlyAn Oil ChangeShould Not Cause Other Problems.ShadyUnprofessionalPoor Customer ServiceAll The Negative Reviews Makes Sense.My Car Is Still Leaking From the Bottom After This Oil Change.They're Looking to Charge me 700 For Labor and 150 For The Part.My Car Is Leaking From The Bottom Not The Gasket.He Did Not Even Look at my Car The Last Time He Just Quoted Me $850.NJ Consumer Affair!Corporate!Manager Lee!Mr.Tires!

Poor CommunicationPoor Customer ServiceThey called to discuss changes and did not leave a message (twice). Then they switched my tire order (without hearing from us). They say I did not order the right size. Manager (I believe he was) made me feel like it was my fault that they switched tire brands. Told me I should have verified the size.He got offended when I bring up that the tires don’t have mounting dots (New markings that assist with mounting) as I questioned if they were brand new. Yes- no colored mounting dots were on the tires.The tires had lots of good tread. (But is that brand new?) I will never be sure. I believe a new tire should show mounting dots to show the customer that it is new.Also, the DOT numbers on the receipt are slightly incorrect (but the same year) to the tires. (Probably not important).The work seems good. The tire seems good. I don’t want anything from them.I want people to know my experience.This is about Customer Service. Let us have a choice in the tire that is to be switched. Leave a message when calling and dealing with changes to a vehicle order. And mount tires with mounting dots, new marks etc to show customers you are using brand new tires.UPDATE:The hotline has given me a $75 credit to use at any location. It’s acceptable. I’m moving on. Hope it helped someone.

Lee is the manager at Mr. Tire. He is the best. He Attended my concerns and made me feel really comfortable with all the work that hes going to be doing to my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable within his feild and caring about how he takes care of his customers property. I love him with all my heart ❤️ ? ? will Recommend him to everybody that I know. Thanks Lee
