Latoya is amazing!! She walked me through the store and showed me various beds until we found the mattress that was the right fit for us!! Latoya knows her job extremely well answered all my questions that I had. If you need a a mattress this is the place to go they care about the customers needs and will get exactly what you are looking for!! BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE TACTICS
Recently, we purchased a new king-sized Mattress from Mattress Warehouse located in Burlington, NJ. Our Salesman, Ed, told us and sold us on an "amazing" deal that turned out to be a deceptive ploy just to make a sale. We narrowed our purchase down to two mattresses. Ed advised that we could make an exchange at equal or higher value. As such, he advised that we should purchase the lower cost mattress at that time, and if we had ANY problems, we could make a hassle-free return in 30 days and purchase the higher cost mattress for the difference in price. Ed promised us that we could exchange for the higher cost mattress for the "amazing" quoted price that HE wrote down for us on HIS Mattress Warehouse business card. On the card in HIS handwriting, he wrote the name, size, and price of the other mattress that he would honor if we wanted to make the exchange.
A month later, we returned to the store to make the exchange. Ed acted as if he didn't remember us; told us that he didn't recall any of the conversations; & denied writing down a quoted price for a specific mattress exchange on his card. At this point, we realized that we were swindled by a true salesman. And we wasted countless hours with him during those two days of mattress shopping, as he talked about everything in his personal and work life to keep us there, but just one month later he acted as if he had never seen or spoken to us a day in his life.
We contacted the Sales District Manager, Paul Mahoney, regarding this matter. Paul stated that he would talk to Ed and asked that we provide him a picture of the business card that Ed gave us; we sent him the picture. We got the continued run-around from Paul that went nowhere. Paul quickly went MIA without having the decency to respond to our continuous attempts to try to resolve this matter in a timely manner.
So we reached out to the person that works above Ed, Regional Vice President, Kevin Keller. We called and left two voicemails about a week apart. He never bothered to call us back. I guess he was so high on the totem pole that this matter was beneath him. I guess he didn't care.
Today, approximately two weeks after we last spoke, Paul called and stated that Customer Service stated that we have to purchase the mattress exchange at the current listed price; which is approximately $800 more than the quoted price that Ed stated would be honored. UNACCEPTABLE!! Now, we are stuck with a brand new mattress that is uncomfortable and causes back pain.
BUYERS BEWARE: Do Not do any business with Mattress Warehouse! They are only interested in making a sale and take your money by any means necessary. They don't care about their customers. They'll tell you one thing, and say another thing later. They have no business sense. Take your business to a more reputable establishment that will honor what they say.

When I walked in I was automatically greeted by Ed he was nice and super informative even gave his own input on mattresses he’s owned. And when I asked to look a multiple mattresses Ed was very patient and had no problem showing me all of them. Very good guy, will help you find the right mattress if you shop here ask for Ed.
