“I went to the Burlington, NJ store off of 541 with my mom because she wanted to order a new dining room table. As soon as we walked in, Tynaria greeted us. I don’t write reviews often, but I am today because Tynaria was ABSOLUTELY incredible. She was super friendly and very personable (and a fellow Gemini). Furniture shopping can be tedious, but she made the experience so wonderful for me and my mom. But there’s a catch … she admitted it was only her SECOND DAY working there. I was blown away. You’d think she’d been there for months or years! She’s knowledgable and honest and doesn’t try to force sales, but I will say she almost convinced me to buy a $2k bed set. That’s how effective she is. We didn’t feel uncomfortable or as if only the sale matters. She is just wonderful. I also want to spotlight Maureen. I don’t know if she’s the store manager, but since it was Tynaria’s second day, she ran and got Maureen to help punch sale numbers for us and I saw how sweet, helpful and respectful she was to Tynaria. The entire experience shows me how great this location is, and how solid the dynamic is amongst workers. My mom and I plan to come back now. We used to show at Macy’s/Home Goods/Wayfair/IKEA for furniture, but this experience is worth coming back for, and also worth the money! Many thanks!!!”

“I went to the store at Oxford valley after searching for a mattress most of my day. I was on my way home and figured I’ll just run in and look. When I walked in I was greeted by Tiffany and she helped me almost immediately. I told her how I sleep and where the aches are when I wake up in the morning. She gave me a few options and pointed out that the one she recommended was on sale. So I purchased the mattress pretty much in minutes from walking in the door. She seemed to understand what I wanted by briefly speaking to me what my best option would be. I can’t thank her enough. She even has reached out to me to make sure my delivery goes smoothly. “The staff was so nice and welcoming. Associate Hugh was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses and adjustable frames that can raise the head or feet if desired. Since I was moving I needed expertise on pick up options in another state and associate Zack eagerly stepped in to assist. He made some phone calls and helped me find the closest pickup store to my location. The staff goes out of their way to help the customer in any way they can. I highly recommend this store.”
