I like how the place has been updated. Moreover, the staff were friendly to my daughter, and me. We had the same blood work that day, and they made it easy.

I booked a blood test online for 10 am ! I was seen at 10:03 - Natasha helped check me in and she was also the one who took my blood! I was extra nervous (as I am getting blood work every time) she reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt and it would be quick! And she was right ! I was in SHOCK that I did not feel a thing and it took, no lie, one whole minute. I strongly recommend asking for Natasha if you come here! Amazing.

No problems at all, one time was long wait because staff was short which I felt was understandable, technicians very friendly!!!

Got there at 6:30am was called up at 7:00am and told I needed to wait for an available room. 7:30 still no room. When I asked how much longer the response was rude. I walked out. Done with this place. It has gone downhill. I get paid by the hour. Time is money. Let’s move it people! If you don’t want to work then quit!

Not very professional workers here in Burlington. I prefer to go elsewhere. I think they took too long to call people in the back. I live in Burlington and I rather go to Delran.

This labcorp is the worst. They are listed as being open from 6am until 1:30pm but if you go to the location at 1:15pm the kiosk will state They are closed, and you can't get anyone to help you. If you close at 1:15 then state that don't say 1:30. I walked to the back and one of the phlebotomist had a very nasty attitude. She stated they were closed and that she was the only one working. This place is terrible and does what it wants because it has no competition in the area. I'm gonna contact Corporate and the BBB. The workers are terrible, the service sucks, and I'm sure they are in violation of some sort of health codes just based on the overall behavior of this place. Enough is enough.

Just left the facility in Willingboro from getting my bloodwork. The staff is so kind and approachable! The young lady who drew my blood was so sweet and gentle!

Not sure why whenever I come (which isn’t often) the Muslim lady is rude to patients when speaking to them. I find that even with appointments, the wait can be long which is expected at times. It’s just unacceptable for patients to have to deal with her unprofessionalism. Please speak to her about this.

The most useless front desk staff, that don’t help at all and make you wait for hours. No sense of patience or leadership.

When walking into lapcorp, the area was very clean, sign in was easy for me, and wait time was short. The staff were very professional and polite, especially the phlebotomist who drew my daughter's blood, Trinity, was very gentle and nice.

The wait time here is horrible.waiting two hours to get your blood drawn is awful
