I recently bought the 2006 Acura TL, I was supposed to receive a call when tags were in, never received the call and cannot get through to the office, I tried contacting via email, phone and fax many times and no answer and mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I will change my review if I can actually get through to them to receive my tags.

I got a car have still NOT GOTTEN MY PLATES. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. a different finance company one i didnt even get the loan thru tried to repo my car! and I get ZERO answers

If I could give this place a ZERO I would~ I am unfortunately VERY SORRY I ever bought a car from this place. The only thing that James seems to be good at is lying, over and over. He lies so much, he probably believes his own lies!~ As soon as he got his $ it was all downhill from there~ I bought my car on June 11, 2019 and it is now August 9th and STILL waiting for the title as I cant get my tags or registration until the title comes in. MY temp tags and reg expired and I was without my car for 8 days! James didin't care. He actually told me to go ahead and drive the car, the cops won't bother me!!!! is this guy for real?? The worst part about all of this is his constant dishonesty and has kept me in the dark this entire time on what the problem is with the title~~~Now not sure if someone beat me to shutting their a** down but i have been calling EVERY DAY for the past two weeks and every time their voicemail picks right up~~~ Today when I called, got a recording saying the voice box was full~~~ This is a complete joke . So much for the promise for the 2 new tires and to fix my AC~~ Been waiting on those since day one. What the hell good is an IOWEU paper from you when I can't even get you on the phone?? Didn't your training teach you that Customer Service should be your priority because without your customers you wouldn't be!!! I can honestly say this is the VERY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THRU~ I am now in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, The Consumer Protection as well as contacting their Surety Bond Company. I know that none of the readers know me from a can of paint, lol but trust and believe I would never write a bad review if it wasn't absolutely necessary. The only thing that this dealership should do is walk away and close the doors for good. You are in the wrong profession~ Just sucks that I had to be the one to have to deal with such unprofessional people when this was supposed to be a happy time. Happy??? NOT~~~ Please, save yourself a ton of aggravation, stress, etc.,etc., and stay far far away from Genesis Auto AKA Smitty's in Burlington. You might even catch James sleeping on the couch like I did the one day!! Yea, he was hard at work alright~~~ SMDH Dawn D

Incredibly nice, accommodating, and helpful. Shannon and Tom were great to work with. They got me a great deal on a great car and worked out the financing to be exactly in my budget. Highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

We recently went to Genesis auto sales and bought a car for our daughter. Everyone was so kind and helpful. James was so easy to Work with. Our goal was to have the car as a Christmas surprise, which they made possible. If your looking for a car go to Genesis Auto and see the great people. Thank you everyone from Genesis auto. My family and I have bought numerous cars over the years from Tom and his sales staff. It had been a long time since my last purchase because i have become semi retired. My car had finally quit on me and I was in desperate need for another. I now have very little credit and had very little for a down pmt. But Tom found a way to get me financed with a very nice Explorer . Thanks Tom and the crew at Genesis.
