Always have the best parts in stock and weird parts. Ken is super helpful. They are so knowledgeable in there and have steered me away from bad directions multiple times. I highly recommend consulting with these guys before buying any plumbing products. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. They see everything and know what’s good and what’s not.

Very disappointed counter person was very nice but unable to identify my shower valve which I brought with me. The person in the office seem unwilling to give her any help. I took the valve to a different supplier who identified it immediately and supplied me a complete valve kit
