The woman who was working when was dropping off an Amazon return of a 12v100aH lifepo4 battery was very helpful explaining the cannot take that in store because of their policy, but she walked me through scheduling a free FedEx pickup from my home with their phone, and the driver picked it up the following day.
To provide more info on packages that cannot be dropped off, I included a picture of the different hazardous stickers that must be scheduled for pickup.

This is really just a Fed ex drop off site. It is not full service FedEx shop. Very convenient location inside a Walgreens. Usually fast service as they just scan your box and give you a receipt.

It's better than last time. The Person was more friendly and very pleasant, only one thing wouldn't give a receipt told it would be on my phone ( what happens if you don't have that capability.

They delivered my package to someone else apartment, instead of taking my package to the leasing office... I walked around my whole apartment complex and couldn't find my package on anyone's porch. The delivery driver should be fired, this is not the first time this has happened. now my package is lost, stolen, IDk....So UNPROFESSIONAL
