The employees sit around and talk about how they hate the job and all while in front of customers. They never have a real register open. Only self check out. And if you have a problem with the self check out good luck getting someone to help. Sometimes I wonder if anyone is even working there because I won't see anyone

Prior to entering the store I found an abundance of garbage in the parking lot. Empty bottles, KFC packaging, and general refuse was littered EVERYWHERE. Upon entering I saw a sign that stated "NO CASH. CARD ONLY. SELF CHECKOUT." I noticed the aisles had boxes in them which made it difficult to shop. I was greeted by a woman who was pleasant and asked me if I had seen the sign and when I said yes, she said I was "one of the 1% of customers who can read." I got what I needed and found my way to the register and waited behind 3 other customers. The pleasant employee was helping customers use the self check out while speaking loudly about how her family was from Italy and "didn't own slaves." Then she began talking to the customer in front of me and myself about how dirty the other Dollar General was and how the ASM there "talks trash on me all the time." She then told me that ASM had 7 children, by different fathers and lives in an apartment where her kids sleep on the floor, while the employee owned her own house. Again, she was pleasant, yet it was inappropriate. I never go to Dollar General and now I remember why.

Love the chicken I get to squeeze for speedy service. I love my tobacco products are 6.49 a pack. I dislike cash back is now being charged 2.00 for the max 40.00. You take the good with the bad?

The cashier Austin was very rude to my daughter. He snatched a toy out of her hand and made her cry for no reason. You need to have good customer service for everybody in the store. Don’t be snatching stuff of my child’s hand!! I’m calling corporate

Okay they have what I was looking for but you had to move boxes to get to it there's boxes all in the aisle but I guess what did I expect everything is $1.25 so I guess they're allowed to have boxes in the aisle and sort of like a scavenger hunt and you see it but you can't get to the idle just saying

I always come to this Dollar General and always find everything I need. They say Good morning! When you walk in. Manager is always friendly. He even bags your items for you. I have a Dollar General near me but will ride right pass to go to this one!

Love the customer service… everyone gets greeted walking in rather the staff working with stock or ringing up customers they squeeze in a warm welcome as you are entering. Pretty good deals and a good place close to grab all types of quick items for home and more
