This location is truly the definition of GHETTO. The workers seem very unmotivated, rude and they don’t seem to be doing their job because the place is very very nasty I’m talking DIRTY FLOORS LIKE ITS NEVER BEEN MOPPED, dirt all on the items, things just laying everywhere, etc… YALL GOTTA DO BETTER! You will usually only see one person at the register and when there is no one checking out they’ll walk away to do whatever and you’ll be waiting. I remember I went to checkout and a female employee sighed and said “Ugh”. SMH

I am a customer at Dollar general on sunset road in Burlington New Jersey I've had experience of a manager that is nasty and disrespectful I have been going to the store ever since it open but now they have a manager that is very disrespectful loud and nasty I asked you to put my stuff in the bag she said she didn't have to she is very nasty and I do not like it because I have spent lots of money in the store she does not respect people you go out the store call management and she stands in the store and start talking about everybody talking about me and everything and I have to send out there and listen to her what kind of manager or customer service is this she is very disrespectful she's a new manager never had a problem in the store but she is the most disrespectful person that I have ever seen most of the girls in there are very nice but I think they are scared of her which I am not I am a 75-year-old woman with lots of issues and the girls that used to work in the people that worked in there helped me but she's the most disrespectful person I've ever seen they need to check her I don't have a problem but this is the most convenient store for me she told me I told her that somebody should be recording her she says oh you're recording me I'm not serving you so all the money I'm spending this store I do not understand I did call management I'm waiting for them to get back to me I'm not going to keep renting and Raven I'm just hurt by her being so disrespectfulthis is one of the worst Dollar General stores that I know about it is constantly closed you go over there a 97° weather they're closed and it makes no sense this store used to be nice but now it is terrible it is always closed whenever they feel like closing it the excuses is getting terrible they got the nerve not to have bags and when they do they charge you for it at least Dollar Tree and Family Dollar have bags and you don't have to pay for them so I'm not understanding what's going on this store is turning to be a wreckI will start going to Family Dollar or Dollar Tree cuz is it a much better store at least they have bags you don't have to pay for which makes no sense I spend lots of money at the store I live across the street from a sodas a lot of elderly people I go over there and then people are riding my time is it open is it open that's terrible they need to do something about the store it used to be great but now it is terrible

I stopped at this store as soon as it opened today. I thought the store had been ransacked!! Incredibly dirty, disorganized, and mismanaged. I really thought it had been ransacked overnight. I walked out without buying a thing.

This store is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It should be closed down completely so a store that actually does business can serve the community. The store is closed more than it is open. Management and the majority of the staff are ignorant and ghetto. Don't shop here if you have the chance to go elsewhere.

Brought an item at the Willingboro store, tried to return the item in Burlington store because it’s closer to me.. I had the receipt and the cashier said I had to return the item at the Willingboro store. Don’t understand why it matters what store I return a dollar general item. Horrible management

Horrible management!!! Don’t shop here unless you enjoy rude service or have no choice. I went here with my mother and 3 year old sister to buy diapers at around 8pm on Easter Sunday. The diapers were on sale according to a bright yellow price tag on the shelf. We went to the cash register expecting to pay the price listed. The cashier rang up the diapers and read off a price that was significantly more expensive than the price on the shelf. He had no clue why the price was more expensive so he called the manger on duty to assist him. It took about 10 minutes for the manager to appear out of the back room after the cashier looked for him all around the store and called for him on the walkie-talkie. Turns out the sale on the diapers ended but the same price tag was still up. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and the delay in coming to help, the manager shrugged us off. His mannerisms were extremely rude and very unexpected from a manager. Ultimately he ended up walking away without assisting us. Customer service is very bad here, consider better screening for employees or more training on customer service. I rarely write reviews so this says a lot.
