I have been doing business at Burlington since I bought my Dodge Caliber, which I still own, in 2007. We leased a 2021Palisade and this week leased a 2024 Santa Fe. Our salesman, Femi Adeyina, has always been accommodating and helpful and willing to help whenever I had problem.

I purchased my car from this dealership four years ago, and initially, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, after the purchase, my experience with their service team has been disappointing. Whenever I've encountered an issue with the vehicle, they've consistently told me they're too busy and would get back to me, but they never do. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, my problems were never resolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying a car from this dealership or using their service department.

My sales associate Kris was super helpful! So were the managers. I didnt catch their names but they were great. Unfortunately the finance department sucks. Pete, the only person who apparently works in finance, didn't complete my car loan information. Mind you, I purchased this car at the end of june and came back 10 days ago to complete paperwork per their request due to systems being down. When I asked him what the hold up was, considering I came in 10 days ago, he told me he was busy and then hung up the phone in my face. I have been extremely patient but this is super unprofessional.

First of all, I have to mention that Danielle, the service advisor, was extremely helpful with getting my vehicle repaired for an ongoing issue that's plagued it for the past five years. She kept me informed through every step of its repair.
BCDJ stepped up to cover this repair, as FCA rescinded after stating they would. I think that says a lot when a dealership stands behind their vehicle, while the manufacturer does not seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Speaking specifically for the servife department. Vehicle has been at dealer for over a month. They actually stated that they "cannot figure out what is wrong with it". Evrytime I call it is a different story. The tone of there voice tells me they probably haven't even touched the vehicle.

Great experience in the lease of my Sahara. Jaik was very detailed with his information and no pressure sales tactics over the course of a few weeks of emails. I have already recommended him to a friend who is considering a Jeep.

I was there at the burlington new jersey chrysler dealership on 4/6/23 to have my 2014 jeep grand cherokee overland A.C. serviced because it was blowing hot air not cooling the inside vehicle off.
I set the service up via Mark, paid $765.57 for the issue to be corrected, when my vehicle was brought out to me from the service line it was blowing cold inside so I figured issue resolved.
But when I got ready to travel home to Sanford NC on 4/9/23 I attempted to use my AC to cool down on I95 south while crossing VA stateline I realized my AC was blowing hot air...again.
The serviced was not done correctly and I am very unhappy about this because I live in NC and can't bring my vehicle back right away.
