Rodney was SO helpful. He went above and beyond today and helped me find the beach umbrella I was looking for. He is kind, attentive, and provided excellent customer service.

I received outstanding assistance while at the DICK's in Burlington, NJ this evening. The employee had a curious name with many vowels--I'd have seemed odd if I looked at her name tag long enough to commit the name to memory. began with a C and was possibly Gaelic origination. Regardless, I needed to trade in a tennis racket I'd received as a gift for a slightly different model. Typically you just refund a card but as this was a gift the employee provided a quick workaround refunding a gift card and using that to reorder the exact racquet I wanted. This took less than five minutes and was three separate transactions. It seems small, people expect* that type of assistance but if we're conscious and honest it's rare. It was a seamless exchange with a human being in an automated land and I was glad for it. Tonight I will rest easy thinking of my new racquet being packed with care before beginning its journey to my front door.

Online says you can return in-store... then they don't mention that they won't give all your money back. If the shoes don't fit, then you haven't worn them - so give the money back. They even skip putting a reciept in the box. All so maybe you don't remember how much you paid or the store staff doesn't know you didn't get it on sale?This is why the Amazon model is better and makes more money.

Gotta love coming to the most dead store out there every time I walk into this place all the cashiers look like zombies just waiting for something to do lol, I seriously have no clue how this place stays open thier prices are so outrageous I wish we had more mom and pop places around

Great variety of sports equipment and clothing. Had an issue with price ringing up differently than sticker but it was handled quickly and with great professionalism by Eddie.

Tried to ask for help with choosing a tennis racquet and they told me that’s not something anyone in the store would know how to do. Why else go to a sporting goods store.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special heartfelt thanks goes to Ofalia for volunteering to assemble my toddler son's new bike so he could test it out in the store. We really appreciate your patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure it was absolutely perfect!

Phil and the rest of the staff here were super helpful and friendly!! They had more stock and store was cleaner than the one near Oxford Valley Mall. It was well worth the drive here.

Visited store this morning. It was a waste of time. Shopping for boots, unable to locate wide width, (E width)...all sizes at this location seem to be Medium...although the selection is appealing, they carry well known brands and styles. Ad for clothing, selection is excellent. Thank you?
