I picked Davis Honda even though a closer Honda location is near my home.
Davis dealership is one of a kind. From the minute you pull into the Service station to drop off your car, someone is there to great you, and then the check in service is kind, answering all your questions and needs.
I then went to the Sales Department and asked for Justin . I read his reviews ahead of time and knew he would be the best salesman for my needs.
Justin didn’t disappoint. He was kind, pleasant, not pushy, took his time to explain all the
different options for me to choose from. He is very knowledgeable in the cars and accessories.
If you want a knowledgeable, non- pushy salesman than Justin is for you

Editing my review. I previously gave this establishment 5-stars on my third experience. Subsequently as I continued to frequent my qualit of service went downhill. I started to frequent the Honda dealership in Marlton, NJ and most recently went to Planet Honda in Union, NJ.
Davis honda customer service in the service department was excellent at first, then became less personable. But my real grief is with the sales. To spare the story in grave detail, I dealth with Stacia Hargove, or something to that effect, who only was worried about closing the sale. She showed lack of concern to how I wanted to manage my finances as she was pushing me to finance the entire car despite my 13K cash deposit (I was waiting for my draft check to clear) because she wanted to sell the car THAT DAY. Mind you, I was serious about the car because I literally sold my only reliable vehicle after I left the dealership with one infant and 7 months pregnant. My plan was to use the equity from that vehicle to put as a deposit on the new vehicle. She offered me a $250 deposit to secure the car which I declined because I wanted to talk over financials and these decisions with my spouse. Later that night I told her I wanted to secure the vehicle by doing the deposit (about 6:30pm and before the dealer closed) where she told me she would call me in the morning to do the deposit. When she called me that next morning, it changed to $2500. The inconsistency aggravated me so I said NO! What happened to the the $250 deposit? Then she kept pushing me to finance the car stating the monthly payments wouldn't change. I am very versed in finances and have a deep grasp and concept/understanding on my financials - last thing I need is a sales rep telling me how to manage my finances and tell me what my monthly payments would look like when i'm not even financing through them. I already had the pre-approval from my financial institution and played with the numbers based on APR and months of loan. Last isssue, I sold my car. This is really a "my problem" but the fact that I expressed interest in the car, offered to do the $250 down payment as initially discussed, and then they ended up selling the car - despite the fact that I had already sold my car. I wanted that car specifically. Thankfully Planet Honda had the vehicle and I was able to get it within the week and same day of going into the dealership. They did me wrong and all to close a sale. No concern for their customers.

Justin at David Honda in Burlington was really great when I came in to trade in my Toyota lease and get into a Pilot. He knew I had to stick with a certain payment and he kept working with finance to get to where I needed. Will definitely go back in the future.

The starter on my 2015 Honda Civic was not immediately starting the car. Sometimes it would take several tries. I first took my car to my regular mechanic. They didn't have the means to properly diagnose the issue, so they recommended I take it to a Honda dealer as they would be able to run diagnostics. I brought it to Davis Honda as that is where I bought the car from.
Davis concluded the starter had a "dead spot" and needed to be replaced. They also told me my car needed new filters, coolant/transmission fluids, steering knuckles, hub bearings, abs sensors, control arms and wheel alignment.
They wanted to charge me over $3600 for everything. Replacing the starter alone would cost me over $1000!
Before agreeing to the work, I first asked my normal mechanic if they could handle any of these replacements. They were flabbergasted when I gave them the entire list of repairs Honda said were required. My mechanic insisted I bring my car in for inspection as I'd brought my car to them just a few weeks before for an oil change/starter check and they didn't notice any other problems.
My mechanic replaced the starter for $450 (Davis wanted $1031.73) and concluded I did need a new control arm and wheel alignment which could be completed for under $1000. They thoroughly inspected the supposed trouble parts and concluded I did not need new steering knuckles, bearings or abs sensors.
I will not be taking my vehicle back to Davis Honda for any reason. Should I need the services of an actual Honda dealership in the future, I will be taking it elsewhere.

Davis Honda provided a great experience while purchasing my new CRV. Justin was the sales rep who helped me and he was great! He made the whole buying experience less stressful and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any question I had. Very happy to have purchased my vehicle with Davis Honda.

I came in around two weeks ago to purchase my first car. The salesman who helped me was Justin. Absolutely amazing customer service. Gave me the space to really take a look and decide if I wanted to buy my car and once I decided he helped me finalise the deal in no time at all. Within a couple of days I had test driven the car, purchased the car, and with all the service done I was able to bring my car home in under a week! Great service throughout the process and even after. Davis Honda were the only dealers that had a used car in good condition that would actually be worth your money. Very glad I was able to buy my car from them!

Justin was great! Me and my wife went in to test drive a car before we got tattoos. He helped us through the process and worked around our schedule. Highly recommend!
