Why is there always tons of workers walking around but one person working the cash registers??? I can tell you right now myself and other shoppers walked out abandoning full carriages because who wants to wait 40 mins in line?? There is a line of at least 30 plus customers, that is TOOO much for one associate! Do better

Nine customers in checkout line and one cashier available. The absolute worse in store service of all history! One can actually stand in line for over an hour !!!

I just went shopping at the Burlington in Union, NJ. After shopping for a while, I needed to use the restroom, but was informed that their restrooms were only for staff and no one else. I proceeded to the front desk and asked if this was true. Again, I was told that customers are not allowed to use restrooms. So, all the merchandise I was planning on purchasing was left in my cart and I walked out of the store. I will never shop at Burlington again! A store that will take my money but deny me the basic human need is not a place I will ever support. I hope more people experience this and choose to shop somewhere else.

Nasty, dirty despite the staff trying to keep everything neat some of the customers are disrespectful by not putting items back where they got it from. They come in the store with the intent to steal and let their kids run around pulling toys off shelves while the rob the store blind and they don't care who see them stealing.

Burlington in Dartmouth Mass is horrible clothes all over the floors every isle is a disaster employee walking around doing nothing and if you go early next day it looks the same that's sad someone she check this store out as a surprise visit you would be appalled with the store

I just left the store in Pearland/Sam Houston Pkwy (01218) & I'm absolutely disgusted by the behavior of cashier Amanda who decided she can get rude & speak to customers(me), however she wants to because apparently "she knows her job"... Purchased shoes as a gift but they were too small so we went in for an even exchange with a bigger size of the same shoe. I also had a gift receipt & the only tag missing was the price tag (all the other tags were intact). This girl then proceeds to ask for "a tag" condescendingly & rudely repeating that I need a tag. I ask her why I need one when I have the gift receipt & the shoes still have the other tags & have obviously not be worn. She commences to inform me that "she's just doing her job & basically I shouldn't question her attitude". I ask to speak with her manager, she gestures for me to move away & I refuse until I speak to her manager. Manager comes over & as I explain what occurred, she seems unbothered by her staffs' behavior. I will escalate this to the highest level because I'll be damned if I can spend several hundreds of dollars at this store for my Christmas shopping then be treated like a thief. Infact, I'll be returning everything our family purchased from this store for Christmas because of the abhorrent behavior of a self entitled cashier that thinks she can speak to customers the way she wants to. A cashier CANNOT make up rules that aren't part of your return policies just because she thinks she can. & The kicker is, besides the exchange, we also purchased another pair of shoes. Welp, Ms Genius Amanda "who knows her job" proceeded to remove "all the tags on these shoes." But yet, according to her "knowing her job" this means I'd not be able to return or exchange these shoes!! SMDH?

FRUSTRATED TO THE MAX… EVEN IF THERE WERE 5 STARS YOU’D GET -10 AND TO GET FIRED AFTER HAVING A SEIZURE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO CALL CAUSE THATS NOT THE FIRST THING ON MY MIND AT ALL!! STORE #167 AK, AS OF TODAY 12/21/23 @12:55PM FIRED ME FOR WHAT? SHOWING UP ON 12/19/23 A WHOLE 45MIN EARLY JUST TO GET SENT HOME 10-15 mins AFTER BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT SAID TO SO AND HE CHECKED THE SCHEDULE AND SAID I WASNT ON IT SO I LISTENED ? AND STILL GET FIRED …THIS ISNT RIGHT AND TO BE PAID AT A LOW RATE WHEN SLAVING FOR A COMPANY THAT HOW ABSOLUTELY ZERO TRAINING IS INSANE TO ME!!! I WAITED MONTHS FOR THIS JOB JUST TO BE TREATED AS A OPTION! I GOT TWO KIDS AS AND A SINGLE MOM WHO WAS A SAHM FOR 2 YEARS AND THIS HAPPENS??? UGHHHHHH WHAT GREAT EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE TO RUN THAT STORE INTO THE GROUND AND HAVE ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES GOING WITH THE FLOW BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL THEY HAVE !THINGS TO IMPROVE:1. TRAINING2. I work as a cashier at Burlington in Altamonte Springs, Fl. Poor management, disgusting place to work. Computers filled with dust and dust mites.I was feeling good all day until I came to work. Even with a mask on I couldn’t breathe. All day hearing customers cough and sneeze. I am allergic to dust and I now Hay fever because of the surplus of dust. They never clean it. I am so upset and angry! I can’t even sleep it’s 5am in the morning and my throat hurts, I’m snotty in the face, and I’m coughing and sneezing cause me chest pains. And on top of that, I can’t even go to the store and find relief because it’s a dense fog outside. I’ve been drinking tea and eating soup all night. My throat is on fire.

Store location: 547 River Rd, Edgewater, NJ 07020 I have visited this store several times and they have dressing rooms that customers aren’t allowed to use and bathrooms are not available for use either. If I am spending money on items why aren’t dressing rooms accessible or bathrooms? COVID restrictions are lifted in every state bathrooms and dressing should be available for customers, it’s an inconvenience to buy something just to bring it back because it did not fit as it should. Please resolve this issue at this location ASAP!!!
