My sister attempted to test drive vehicles at this dealership and get an idea of pricing before making a decision, a decision she was looking to make within that week. Not only did they refuse to give the pricing to her until she committed to buying the car, the sales MANAGER called one of the men present “combative” (which could not be the furthest thing from his character and demeanor) the salesperson then left my sister multiple voicemails saying “we know you weren’t the problem…come back in and let’s work this out between just us.” So inappropriate and so predatory towards a woman looking for her next vehicle. She ended up purchasing a great vehicle at Ford with no issues which proves it was not her & her brother-in-law that were the problem. Absolutely deplorable behavior. I wish I could attach the voicemails to show just how unprofessionally this was handled and just how inappropriate this interaction continued to be.

Couldn’t pay me to buy a car from this dealership. If you or a family member decide to visit, PLEASE protect yourself and bring a friend or family member not involved in the decision as an impartial observer and second opinion. ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. Spark notes below:
—Unnecessary “global wide” market adjustment on every model coupled with sticker price side lines that add unnecessary add ons. Over $7000 added to the MSRP of a car for nothing. Example: Added $3,995 on top of MSRP as a market adjustment - just because. $450 add on for nitrogen filled tires - you can get this free at local vendors.
—Test drives are a joke. They take you out onto 130 north, up a half mile to a jug handle, back down south a mile to another jug handle and then north into the dealership. All-in-all less, this “test drive” was less than 5 minutes in a straight line.
—Asked to see the condition of a certified preowned car and made clear we weren’t planning to buy today. They insisted we had to drive it. This “test drive” was literally a circle around the dealership staying in the lot the entire time.
—Refused to give pricing unless you commit to buying a car.
—After the salesman talked in circles dodging the direct repeated question for pricing on two cars. Sales manager Jason became involved. Apparently using the word “No.” as a complete sentence is being quote “combative”.
—Salesman called back and left two voicemails with family member attempting to gaslight her on the events and what lead to the outcome referring to me as a quote “problem” and quote “wanting to talk this through again just us”. Turns out saying no to buying a car without an understanding of price isn’t just “combative” it’s also being a “problem.”
The lack of professionalism and attempts to take advantage of the unknowing buyer is astounding and disgusting. Do not buy a car here.

Bought a Kia Sorento at a great deal with the help from Brad. There was a hiccup during the process but they worked to resolve and in the end was able to walk away with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I recommend going to Kia Burlington if you're in the market for a new/used car.

Worst place ever to get a car fixed. Actually you can't even get a car fix here because they're always an issues. I have been have a recall for almost a two months now, but it hasn't been taken care of. I drive 30 mins each way to get to this damn place, first time they scheduled with making sure that the part was in, but when I got in, waited 30-40 mins for them to tell me the part wasn't in. So there goes my 2 hours. I come again, their computer system is down so nothing can be done again! And I keep getting letters after letters for getting my car recalled taken care of. And they just stand up and say SORRY! We'll call go get you in again. For what? For me to wait around and not get the recall taken care of?
Worst. And they make no effort to make an angry pregnant woman feel any better about driving an hour back and forth but to stand and say sorry.

Gary Abrams has been such an amazing person to work with. This is our second time getting a car from Gary. He has also helped our daughter get a car. He is knowledgeable, down to earth, never pressures you and works to get you the best deal. We love our car and when it's time for a new one, we plan on going back to see Gary at Burlington Kia!

Had an amazing experience yesterday at the Burlington Kia. Not only did I get a great SUV at an affordable price, the service was second to none. Kudos to Gary and Joe for expediting the process and making the transition very smooth. I wish all my transactions with automobiles would be like this one!!!
