I completed my five star purchase at Burlington Chevrolet through Bobby Williams. I kept thinking there must be a hitch somewhere as it went so well. I've bought and sold over forty cars and please believe me when I tell you that this was the best buying experience that I've had. They bring "hygge" to every aspect of the dealership from reception to sales to finance. Thanks!

where do i even begin. I brought my car in to have the check engine like repaired. Michelle at the service desk told me i needed my valve cover replaced. I said okay and they went ahead with the repair. I picked up my car and drove it home. I drove my car to work the next day and then on my way home my oil pressure gage started flashing and beeping. I pulled over as soon as it was safe to open my hood to find oil splashed all over the inside of my car. Seeing as how they replaced my valve, it was clear to me that they had somehow not put everything together correctly. i safely got my vehicle home to call Chevy and inform them that they had no properly serviced my car and in fact, caused another issue. The towed my car and I am now awaiting their diagnostic which i am not hopeful about seeing as their chevy mechanics, could not properly put back together a chevy. please please please do not buy or bring your car here. i will update as soon as I find out more. Update: I got my car back after they tightened a bolt that a service technician who "wasn't feeling well" forgot to tighten. I asked for my car to be tho i roughly inspected for further damage and was assured it was. Two days later my oil pressure light is on again, there is no oil left in my car and I need my car towed yet again because their negligence caused more damage to my engine.

10000/10 recommend! We have gotten a few cars/suv’s from Burlington chevy over the years and will keep going back. I work with Bobby every time we go and he’s honestly just the best! He gets the job done every time. He’s the sweetest soul ever and I would recommend you see him when you go! Thanks for my new Tahoe you guys! I finally got my DREAM vehicle!!

We were 500 Miles from home and had truck troubles. We called ahead and limped the truck to the dealership. They were super accommodating. The found space in their busy schedule to get us in. We will be home late but atleast we won't have to spend the night.

I needed a rear window regulator for my truck. After they told me it would be $909 plus tax I declined to get it fixed. I knew there was a $149 charge just to look at it and I was fine with that, so when I picked my Truck up they charged me $339.00. Told me they had to work an extra hour on it. Why I declined the work. This is a classic RIP- OFF. Stay away from these Con Artists. Very Disappointed

Avoid at all costs. They practice everything bad that you hear about car dealerships. I contacted the internet sales department at Burlington Chevrolet to inquire about a new Camaro they had listed on their website. Due to the current market they were advertising a $5000 "market adjustment" on the vehicle. When I spoke to Jessica, I inquired if the "market adjustment" was negotiable. I was willing to pay over MSRP, but not $5000. I was told yes, it was, but to come in for the best "leverage". I live an hour away and would not usually go to the dealer knowing I would be paying a $5000 upcharge. I would simply move on to the next dealer. Well after driving an hour, I arrive to find not only a $5000 market adjustment on the vehicle, they also add a protection package for an additional fee, I think around $1500. If this wasn't bad enough, I had a Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer for over $28,000 for my trade, however they started at $25,000 and wouldn't go above $27,000, even thought they admitted they were a Kelly Blue Book "dealer". They absolutely refused to negotiate the $5000 market adjustment and refused to honor the Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer. I don't mind them charging whatever they feel they can get for the car, it is a free market. What I mind is being lied to just to be brought into the showroom. If the market adjustment is non-negotiable, just say that and don't waste 3 hours of my time.

Please do not trust this dealerships. I bought my "NEW" car there and to my surprise next morning I've realized, that the mileage reading shows over 400 miles, the GPS is not working and right site of the bumper is unlocked. Terrible. Ive called this dealership to fix the GPS and bumper. I had to travel there 2 times just for GPS fix and each time i had to sit there between 3hr and 4hr. The bumper was not fixed at all. 1st time i was waiting there 3hr just to hear that they can not fix it due to part deficit. OK. Part was ordered and arrived in 3 days. I've received a call and this time requested a spare dealership car instead just sitting there and waiting. Dealership car was provided with the estimate time for 4hr and call was promised when my car is ready to pickup. At the end of the day which was way more than just 4 hours, i drove there. No one even looked at my car!!! I was told to go home on a dealership car. Really? After Ive spent all day driving around the aria of the dealership waiting for my car to be fixed? Since I was not looking to spent another day at this terrible dealership Ive requested my unfixed car back and left. Terrible experience. This people do not care about company or customers. Not to mention that they've pushed on me "NEW" which i believe used and defective 2020 Chevrolet Equinox and priced it as new - Just because i am a women and they can do it. I've tried to complain. Actually i might be crying and screaming as well. Mostly crying. Manager i had to deal with just an artist and you can not trust a single word he is saying. I am in search for another dealership where my car can be fixed. NOT BUYING a CHEVROLET as my second car for sure. This NIGHTMARE dealership management is just a liability for CHEVROLET.

They need to care about the customer more rather then just getting a commission. Must say worst experience and will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone. So bad that I kind of wish I can return the car and take my business elsewhere.

So let me start by saying this was a terrible experience top to bottom. We leased the 2021 chevy traverse premier redline edition. This dealer was the onky i could find that had this exact model in about 100 miles at the time. R.C. who is the salesman insulted my wife telling her it was too expensive of a vehicle for her because she was negotiating how much we wanted to put dowb. Chris the manager refused to wiggle but hey i get it. The salesman refused to show my wife any of the features of the vehicle due to covid yet we had been to several other locations where we were showed the features. The vehicle had rear bowtie emblem damaged upon leaving the dealership on a brand new car which was in the showroom! We were given temp tags which expire this week and were supposed to get tags sent to us. I find out today the tags have been at the dealership since 5/28 with no one ever contacting us! Did i mention they let my wife leave the dealership without a spare key on a brand new 50k car without a spare key lol. Craziness ha. I can only share my experience but i will not be back and i would recommend not taking your business to this dealership ever. Oh and theres more... after they got our money i was harassed for days after on paperwork they needed from me or the prices would be changed. Lol . Who lets someone leave with a car and a signed contract then attempts to change the price and circumstances? As of today the emblem still unresolved bc they didnt even inspect the damn car! Still no tag. I did get the key but the emblem has not been fixed because they refuse to send the emblem to a closer affiliated location for my convenience. Gotta love it. #GoElsewhere

Walt is the best car salesman in the game! This is my THIRD vehicle that I’ve purchased from him and at this point, I refuse to go anywhere else! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable and always goes above and beyond for all of his customers! He brings excitement back to the car buying experience, and you can trust that he will always deliver on his word. I’ve gone through some personal issues over the years and he not only lent an ear, but he offered advice to help me align myself financially with my goals. All I needed to do was be patient, trust him and he took care of the rest! I now have the car of my dreams, fully loaded and Walt helped me achieve it! Always just a phone call away, he is truly THE greatest! Look at that UPGRADE (the car on the left is my old vehicle)

NIGHTMARE....I brought a used truck from these guy that same day the oil pressure dropped below 10 psi ...2 weeks later engine the started making noise and oil pan was leaking so I took it back to the dealer....Michelle for the service desk told me that the engine wasn't no good and that they had to replace the engine...ok cool 3 weeks go by I get a call from Michelle she said my truck was ready....I go pick it up the next day....I got there hoping that the truck was good cause I live pretty far and I didn't want to have to come waaay back....I paid what I had to pay...I was happy to have my truck back that I just brought...as I start driving home the truck started shaking ..lights on the dash started blanking it was driving terrible...worst than before I dropped it off with the engine noise and leaks...my extended warranty was charged $6000 for a engine thats worst than the 1 that was originally in the truck....Im soo frustrated I hope I didn't disappoint my family with this one...They depend on me and my decisions...I feel robbed....

I dropped my truck off for an alignment there at 1100am and got a call back at 445 saying it was done and they couldn't do much and they gave me my alignment paperwork and most it isn't filled and there is no after readings on most of the paper work. Do not recommend these dealership at all.
