I called the store to inquire information about a plan and a lady kept on ending the call on me 3 times. I confronted her and she got more nasty and ended the call.

The phone service is fine for the price and online help is good but the retail locations are pretty depressing. Really threadbare and the people in store aren't very helpful or nice. I guess if i had to spend 8 hours a day in a store like that I wouldn't be too enthusiastic either.

Went to the location in burlington, I asked the woman at the desk if they do phone repairs on their phones. She gave me a ton of attitude and said no. I was confused as you can get insurance on their phones so I thought you could get them repaired like I used to at sprint. She scuffed and said boost never repairs phones and never will I said alright and went to leave and she said GREAT really angrily as I left. I dont understand why she was so mad. I will never go to this location again. I will be looking for a new provider aswell as there are no longer any locations near me.

Every time I go into boost mobile there's a worker by the name of Nicky who always helps me in the Burlington store on Sunset Rd.She is a Godsend! Very patient,kind ,and helpful!!!

After a terrible experience at the Lumberton location this morning, I then went to this location and what a difference!! I had the pleasure of meeting Mary and she has amazing customer service skills and helped me accomplish what I needed done with no issues. She should be promoted honestly! Anyone needing to go to boost mobile I would recommend this location. Thank you again, Mary!
