I had issues cashing a check this morning and the staff were so patient and kind. They resolved the issue in no time. Shoutout to Ruth Familiar. You are top notch at your job. ? Very clean and professional bank. Highly recommended.

I truly can not say enough good things about this branch & all of the fabulous employees that work there. My dad suddenly passed away & I was left in charge of his accounts and estate, completely overwhelmed with all the responsibilities I now had on my plate, with no idea of where to begin. I started by calling and asking what to do, I spoke with Lashawn who was so kind in walking me through what to bring with me when I came in, what to ask for, and what to say. He even called me back when he realized he forgot to mention how much time it would save me to get an EIN from the IRS before coming in. When I came into the branch, I met & sat with Shawn who took the time to help me organize my documents, close out my dad's accounts, and open up an estate account. Throughout the following months, I had to come in every so often to deposit and withdraw money from the account, & Carl was always the bank teller I had the pleasure of working with. He was able to help me in ordering expedited estate checks & took his time in helping me obtain the necessary bank documents needed to file the inheritance tax (even personally calling me once they were all ready to be picked up). Bottom line, this bank & it's employees were the most helpful, sympathetic, and kind people I have had to work with in managing the business related to my Dad's passing (the same can not be said for so many other agencies & offices I've dealt with during this process). & I know they are not acting any particular way specifically due to my circumstances, as every time I am there I am constantly hearing them greet customers by name and initiating friendly conversation. I feel at such ease knowing my Dad's affairs and accounts are being handled by such an awesome team.

I came to this bank for help with my online banking because it said I could not do it online myself one of the women at the front desk either had a clue what to do & just didn’t want to help or she had no clue how to do her job. I came in to just be able to fix for what it seems a block on my online banking and let me say I had not logged in yet and neither tried for over a week so I didn’t need to wait 24 hours like the woman falsely assumed. I hadn’t even gotten a chance to get on yet I just happened to create and she went through the process with me only so far and had me just basically do it myself in my phone when she could’ve herself, she told me to call the number on my phone when she was able to give me a temporary password in the bank to reset my password instead of me having to call someone else she could’ve fixed the problem right in there but the online banking customer service is quick and efficient but for this WSFS bank id say otherwise. Do better!

The bank it self is really friendly and the guy who helped me get a bank account made me so comfortable and the workers are nice. I went here today to deposit cash and they were kind and friendly come here to bank.

Maria has been an absolute sweetheart and Angel for helping out my boyfriend and I obtain documents for our lender. She was pleasantly helpful, and didn't show any kind of annoyance towards us at all. Even though we called a couple times. We love this bank and all their employees! ?

Poor performance by entire bank staff from tellers to manager. Too much talking with customers when there is a line and people who are waiting. Head teller is not friendly or helpful and the manager can only handle on task at a time.

Poor customer service. The people in the branch are okay, but my husband's address was put in at his old address in FL, he couldn't get into his online account for 6 days and 12 days later, he still doesn't have his debit card.
