This place is a total joke. Why is it everytime I bring a document to be notarized to this place it is always against bank policy. Just put a sign on the front of the building we don’t want to notarized anything. Time to switch banks.

Wow best bank I've ever visited. The smile and warm welcome was unbelievable. Made my day plus offered me coffee and some water because of the record temperatures. This branch gets it.

This place is magical. Have you ever been to heaven? I haven’t. But damn did I get close visiting the Wsfs bank on sunset. The whole team is lovely. Sometimes I like to go in just to see their faces. I open up accounts here for fun at this point. WSFS ON SUNSET, THE NICEST TEAM EVER.

Drive thru teller blond older woman could lose the "ATTITUDE " i been to this bank a dozen times and I'm aware of them checking the check and verifying it no need to get nasty! Othet teller with dark brown hair is nice .

Walked into the WSFS on Sunset Road to conduct personal bank issue.I sat in at chair in the waiting area across from where the tellers are located. So I'm waiting a few minutes; NO ONE GREETED ME, NO ONE SAID SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. Interestingly, there was one teller who clearly saw me walk in; she was unoccupied beside talking very loudly with a coworker. I tried to be patient but due to not being acknowledged for five minutes I finally got up from the chair & politely greeted the bank teller & asked if someone was available to assist me. I stood in line while the same teller who did not acknowledge me still did not ask if I needed assistance or if she could assist me!!!!! Clearly & obviously that teller has no clue what Customer Servoce is nor good customer service! I have had very poor customer service at this location previously but I came here because it is located very close to my home. Nonetheless, the second teller waited about a good ten minutes after I was standing in line to acknowledge me!!!! Afterwards she had whispered to her coworker. I am very very very discouraged, disgusted, offended & will not ever step foot in this WSFS location ,Michael Cocamonos handled the transaction, unfortunately, he was not very kind, professional or compassionate. HE WAS RUDE, UNKIND, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOMPASSIONATE AND BORDERLINE OFFENSIVE WITH HIS NON CARING NASTY ATTITUDE/ TONE OF VOICE.Totally grotesque & despicable!WSFS ON SUNSET IN BURLINGTON, NJ YOU ARE THE WORST BANK & YOUR EMPLOYEES SUCK!!!!!

Service with tons of fees. Beneficial would easily waiver them. I guess wsfs, the f stands for fees. Cost money to replace a 20 year old debit card. Was overseas and did not use, so they turn off. Can't turn on, cost again for card. Nope. Need to find better bank or credit union.

THIS BANK IS NOW WSFS....IT IS SUPPOSED TO STAND FOR: WE STAND FOR SERVICE. That is a tall tale & a half truth!!! Service @ the WSFS Bank on Sunset Road in Burlington is awful. It is the worst place to handle any banking matter. There is the RUDEST employee there by the name Faith. She has treated me terribly THREE TIMES!!!!! On THREE different visits to the Sunset Road location. I had took my complaint {s} about this disrespectful/ rude/loud & extremely unprofessional to the Bank Manager. First interaction FAITH, the Assistant Manager had given me negative feedback about my dispute, no one in any business should ever DISCOURAGE a customer but FAITH did. Second interaction with this individual, FAITH did not acknowledge me, she did not greet me nor did she respond to me when I said " hey ". On December 6th I was LOCKED inside the ATM vestibule! After using the ATM I could not get out! After banging on the glass for FIFTEEN minutes, an employee by the name CRAE showed up with keys in her hand & she was laughing. I DID NOT THINK IT WAS FUNNY NOR HUMOUROUS NOT BEING ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR TO GET OUT!!! This CRAE character thought it was funny though! I asked her how would she like being locked inside & not be able to get out! This behavior from a bank employee was beyond unkind & unprofessional!!!!! WHOEVER HIRED FAITH & CRAE to work @ the WSFS Bank on Sunset Road in Burlington, NJ obviously did not make a good judgement call when hiring these TWO rude, unkind, unprofessional, & inhumane individuals needs to hire employees with CLASS, RESPECT, CIVILITY, PROFESSIONALISM & KINDNESS. I complained to the Branch Manager Gloria about all incidents. She is supposed to call me tomorrow in regards to being locked inside of the ATM area. I refuse to ever go into that WSFS bank on Sunset ever again. I expected a smile & a hello @ a minimum. Instead of a smile & a simple hello I was made to feel unimportant, irrelevant & like I was not welcome or wanted at this bank. WSFS Sunset Road in Burlington, New Jersey; YOU FAILED & YOU STINK!!!!!!!!!!

Please fix your online hours. Bank hours posted say 8am to 6pm your doors close at 5pm and the drive thru as well. Wrong information!!
