I purchased my 2018 Porsche 911 there a few weeks ago, and I don't regret my purchase at all. There were some minor issues with my car, a few things I should have caught before I purchased it, but are typical when buying a used car. When brought to Simon's attention, he told me to take my car to Porsche and they would cover the repairs and he kept his word and paid for it. Simon was great to work with, got me a great rate on my loan, and was easy to negotiate with. Although it was frustrating taking my car to get repaired a week after purchase, they made things right and I appreciate that and would buy another car from them again.

My experience my AutoBay was pristine and exceptional! Simon my sales advisor was impeccable with his communication, he was genuine and super attentive to my needs and concerns. He made the experience super easy and memorable. Huge gratitude and shoutout to Simon!

Honestly a great experience
I worked with Scottie and no question of mine was ever too much. I bought out of state and pictures and information provided were impeccable and fully displayed the condition of the car.
If your on the fence about buying from out of state scotti felt like a friend helping me rather than a salesman which is always appreciated. I absolutely recommend working with him

I was looking forward to do business with this dealership. Literally no negotiation on price, but wanted to hit my trade super low. I guess they just did not wanted to budge because I’m from out of state. Poor communication. Ps Salesman Simon will reached out to you because you leave a low rating. I’m just sharing my experience.

Don’t recommend purchasing or dealing with these people. Called, emailed/messaged, multiple times before I could get any sort of response.
Very unwilling to work with and unmotivated to sell cars to out of state buyers. Don’t waste your time. Find another.
It’s no wonder why their inventory doesn’t move. Car has been on their lot since auction 9/2023 to today - 5/2024.
Asked basic questions of maintenance on a used vehicle and could not answer anything about it. Carfax doesn’t provide everything!
Instead I get response to pay for another dealer - Porsche to do the inspection.
No Thank you, but Thank you for all your help Simon. Your loss.

Me and my husband had a very great experience with AutoBay. Very polite and friendly staff. We worked with Simon. He was very helpful and did everything to satisfy us. It was such a pleasure buying our car in AutoBay. We would definitely come back in the future in case we will be looking for another car. Scottie was very helpful I live in Atlanta and he made the buying process fast and easy! He got me a better deal than I anticipated and shipped the car right away received it overnight. Simon was also great help during the process. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend these guys!

Poorly handled experience overall. I have experienced avoided calls followed by juvenile (at best) professionalism on multiple levels for start to finish of my purchase. Frankly a complete waste of time and energy. Spend your money elsewhere.
