There were some very serious issues going on & some not so serious ones too. Mario got my car in that same hour & took a look. He went so far as to show me what was wrong & explained honestly the things that needed repair now vs. what could wait. His prices are very fair & the quality of his work is fantastic! He's a stand up mechanic that won't take you for a ride & he'll get you in & out as fast as you came. “I was able to get in and get out quickly with a nice VW Taos. My salesman Aliyy was laid back and helped by letting me check out three different cars in my price range. The finance manager, Syed, was able to get me a good deal with the added security of the certified VW extended warranty. “I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”
“Been going to Morgan Tire Service for 40 plus years. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I’ve lived in the area my entire life. However I recently moved ti Cinnaminson. They offered me a ride home if I didn’t want to wait!! And their prices can’t be beat. Especially in this economy. It’s 15 dollars to plug a tire if you pay cash!!!! You can barely get a happy meal these days for that. Keep up the excellent work Harold and staff. It’s just nice to know that true customer service still does exist. Ten plus stars.”
“My car wouldn't start. I wound up with needing a new battery a few blocks from BC and walked over. Steve was helpful and helped me select a new battery. When I went to install the battery, I managed to drop a part I needed in the engine. For a second time that day, Steve saved the day and did everything he could to help. “Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.”
