Clearly you have a deal that a good review can save people money somehow, plus a few fake reviews thrown in there. disgusting
Very low quality apartments, definitely not luxury as they claim them to be.
Walls are paper thin, definitely move upstairs as the ceiling is paper thin too.
Rent climbed higher than they're renting the apartments out for, it was an entire 200 dollars more than a new apartment.
So many better options near by that you'd be crazy to move here.
Laundry rooms are scary dungeons that cost too much.
Paint is incredibly thick and flaking off, the air conditioners are underpowered for the space.
The kitchen is tiny and unusable, no counter space or storage.
edit: thank you for the reminder on the amenities that you require we pay for on top of the ever climbing rent.
Can't help but notice you never mentioned the 5-10% rent hikes every year.

I just moved in and love living here! The beautiful country atmosphere partnered with the convenience of being minutes away from all kinds of shopping and restaurants are a perfect match! The staff is top notch- can’t say enough about Jacqueline and Nicole. I have never felt more welcome!

I had a wonderful experience transferring units with Jacqueline and Shoaib being incredibly understanding, supportive, and helpful for my situation. Both apartments I've lived in within Village Green have been amazing. The community is kind, and the quality of apartments is wonderful. Village Green really feels like a home, and I'm sure I'll stay here at least for a couple of years. Jacqueline was incredibly informed and quick to aide any of my questions throughout my moving process. Additional thanks to the rest of the Village Green staff as well for keeping the apartment complex incredibly well-maintained and and providing such high quality customer service. I also greatly appreciate the commutability of the area, as someone that's working throughout the Morris/Sussex/Warren county area-- Being so close to I-80 has been incredibly convenient.

Like a 5 Star Vaca Resort!! See Jacqueline, she’s a caring, personable leasing agent!! Her friendly greeting and tour of the dazzling amenities is just the beginning of a truly seamless experience. She and Nicole (property manager) care about your overall experience, listen to particular needs, and will do everything to accommodate. Any problems, they’re on it right away. Call her and move-in this summer so you can enjoy the beautiful pools/bbq, luxury clubhouse, state of the art gym/yoga and game room YOU’LL CALL THIS HOME (Mention my name!)

I’ve called SDK Village my home since December 2018. I currently still reside (2024) and it can’t be any happier. It’s a peaceful small village where neighbors become family. With plenty of amazing clean amenities. My family personally enjoys the Club house, with a play room for the kids, and cool pool for those summer days you don’t know how to cool off. SDK Village has provided my family and I a quality and safe life styles that we can call HOME, with a reasonable monthly rent. I am forever grateful for the amount of hard work, SDK village team provide a great community experience to live. Also the Maintenance team !amazing. They are always keeping the apartment up to date, and responds immediately incase of any emergency.
