Laquan was very friendly & helpful in making our decision to choose right (Beauty Rest Black (M) for our new mattresses!! The process was smooth and quick! We also bought pillows! The mattresses were delivered in a week...Delivery men were efficient and personable. They placed new mattresses in place and took the old ones away...All in about 10 minutes...would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse, Budd Lake, NJ

Really great experience with laquan, he k ew what he was talking about and he sold me on a temperpedic mattress … love the whole experience from beginning to end and he was understanding that I was shopping for a great price that day.. I came back to the warehouse because of Laquan he really deserved that sale

Nick was so helpful!! He made the process so easy and kept helping with pricing, threw in a few free pillows and was super knowledgable about all of the different types of mattress and materials! I always feel pressured when buying something with a salesperson and that didn’t happen with Nick. We took our time and felt no pressure and actually bought on the spot, which we almost never do. I ? recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome place! The salesman was very nice and showed the mattresses that met my needs, and was able to pick out the most comfy! The mattress was very comfortable that I picked out, tried it and I ended up sleeping in without having to get up at all! Great customer service! Glad we found this place! And it was also the first place we found when we went mattress shopping. Although there’s hardly any space left in my room and I have to move things around since I have a small room but it’s well worth it! I’ve been moving things around in my room for months so I’m used to it with plenty of space left! The base is really cool too! It can lift me high in the air as if it were a bunk bed! I appreciate the service offered to me! Thank you so much! Highly recommend Mattress Warehouse!

The only thing worse than buying a new car, is shopping for a mattress. However, we worked with Nick and the process was very easy, we got a great product and a very good price. Low pressure and very knowledgeable and helpful.

We came here for the selection and were treated incredibly well by Nick. He was not pushy and showed me several options in my budget and I felt extremely comfortable making my purchase right away! I would definitely come here again and make a purchase.

I came in looking for a new pillow. Laquan was very knowledgeable about all the options he had to offer. He had me try different pillows out based off what I told him I liked. He was very helpful with finding me the right fit pillow. Will definitely recommend to friends!

LaQuan has been wonderful to work with, making the shopping experience seemingly comfortable and excellent. I had the opportunity to participate in my first sleep test to determine which mattress type would be the perfect fit for my significant other and I honestly best sale rep I’ve encountered in a very long time.Truly a 10/10 would recommend.

I visited this store in the beginning of this week and had an excellent experience. First, I need to compliment the salesman Laquan Hall. He was patient and kind. He listened to what we were looking for in a bed. We wanted a bed that would help with my back and aches from RA. I told him how my neck and back were bothering me and asked for something firm, but with a plush pillow top. Laquan showed different choices to us and we chose the Beautyrest Harmony Lux BackCare Seacliff Medium Pillow Top Mattress. In addition, Laquan suggested that I try a different pillow which may help with the neck and back. We tried various pillows and I fell in love with the Perform pillow. Next, I had asked if the mattress we chose would be going on sale soon since Presidents day was only a week or so away. Laquan checked with his District Manager and got him to honor the upcoming sale price a couple of days early. Next, I asked if he could possibly have the mattress delivered the next day and again, he managed to have it delivered for us the next morning. Overall the purchasing experience with Mattress warehouse was superb, with much of that credit due to the outstanding salesman.Next, the delivery service was also great. Delivery was on time, quick and professional.I waited a few days before giving this review, because I wanted to see how this mattress felt. Let me put it this way, this is one of the best feeling mattresses I've slept on!!! It's firm but also soft because of the pillow top. Over the past few days, I'm waking feeling so much less pain and I feel much better rested. Granted, that we were overdue for a new mattress, but so far I am very very happy with this choice. I would highly recommend the Beauty rest Backcare mattress and also the Perform pillow and of course Mattress Warehouse.

Wonderful experience. The sales person (Laquan) went out of his way to be helpful. I was greeted in a way that was welcoming. He was respectful of my budget, without trying to upsell me (which was my experience at a competitor). The store had a nice selection and I had my mattress in 2 days. The delivery people were just as pleasant and friendly. This is where I would go to buy again, and highly recommend to others.
