The person in check in is the Ruddiest person. The office door is always locked something is not going good inside that’s why….he doesn’t say hi he doesn’t reply to hi he doesn’t reply to thank you he doesn’t say thank you…. Make u wait long time to dock….

Rude! Unprofessional! Disrespectful!Our driver came to deliver the load. To prepare for unloading he removed the load bars from the trailer and placed them on the ground nearby. When he started moving them into the cabin, the facility's driver, who parked next to him, was under impression that our driver was stealing his bars, and started accusing him. He even called the staff from the warehouse. All of them started arguing with our driver and accusing being a robber without asking any questions. Called our customer to file a complaint. Later they realized that they were wrong. Even thought they extended the apologies, we are still very saddened and dissatisfied with the actions of the warehouse staff. It could ruin our reputation with the customer by defaming us.

I have no idea how they get 3.6 star receiving guy POS 1 PM appointment 3pm still waiting for the door we supposed to delivery same load few days ago waiting after three hours go back inside he saying no appointment and he doesn’t even call the driver. Let him know he’s not going to take him Driver run inside to find out basically this is the bad place to deliver

This is the worst place I have ever delivered as a truck driver . Staff is rude , unprofessional, disrespectful and treated me as trash. Not only they make me wait for 6 hours to unload but also called me a lier even that I showed them the proof of my appointment. They didn’t care about my opinion and disrespectfully told me “ you have to get out of here.”If you can avoid coming to this dirty place with worst people ever !!!!!Super disappointed with my experience . Zero quality of human values.
