SVT ablation caused first degree heart block, but doctor said my symptoms are something different. Said he would review holter monitor results and let me know. Wanted me to come in for yet another appointment, which I declined. Why do I need to come in for an appointment just to be told my diagnosis? As soon as I said no more appointments, I never heard back, despite many calls. I told the "Patient Experience Coordinator" (who is supposed to handle patient complaints) that I'm desperate for a diagnosis so maybe I should just make the appointment, and his reply was yes, I should call to make an appointment! It seems like Deborah is holding my diagnosis hostage unless they can keep making money on me. I'm truly shocked that any doctor or medical establishment would do this to a patient. It's a major ethics violation!

Dereck in the emergency room…. He is a sweetheart…. He greeted us at door, asked if we needed water, then was sure to keep us up informed of what was going on in the emergency room…. It means so much to be treated with respect and kindness! ?

On Monday 8/19 I had an appointment at Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital for a procedure to have a loop recorder that was inserted in my chest removed. I arrived two hrs earlier than the appt was scheduled so the nurses would have the time to get me ready for this procedure, the nurses were very efficient and then I was brought up to the room where they would do the procedure. Dr Shah introduced himself and explained the procedure to me, he was very patient answering all my questions and listening to my concerns about this procedure. He injected lidocaine into the area on my chest so it would get numb.i was so scared and the nurse helped me by holding my hand during this attempt by Dr Shah to take out this loop recorder from my chest. I was squeezing the nurses hand , her name was Regina, she was great , she didn’t complain. Even though I was scared I was still aware how hard I was squeezing her hand, she said to me “dont worry you can squeeze as hard as you need”. I really liked her. Now that the loop recorder is gone I’m satisfied over how the whole procedure went.
Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital is an excellent place to get your health care taken care of. I recommend them very highly.

I had a tilt table test done at this center, I am a young twenty two year old who has no idea what is going on with myself, I was absolutely terrified. Even at as small as a test as that, I have been passing out at high stress situations so I figured I might and I did. The nurses, and the rest of the staff where I was, were the sweetest and the most accommodating. They had conversations with me to help me try to keep my mind off of everything and checking on me every five minutes through the two hours I was there. (June 17, 2024) Just wanted to put out there that these people are genuinely caring and extremely sweet.

I have now gone to e.r. 3 times for complete loss of use of left hand doctor came in looked at me not my injury and said I can't help you you need a hand specialist....... then 2 months later I hurt my back at work no xrays no mri no cat scan told its sciatic nerve and out the door they sent today 6/26 came into e.r. with my husband severe lower left abdominal pain vomiting 4 hours later we sitting here listening to 4 nurses at nurses station gossiping while my husband is still in pain and hasn't seen a factor or nurse yet !!!!!! Worse hospital ever staff is only worried about gossiping then caring for patients

The worst hospital i have ever been to. This hospital should be demolished, i brought my fifteen month son in because of a head trauma the only thing those people cared about was paperwork waited for twenty minutes while they did literally nothing ended up leaving to go to virtua mount holly ER i can not stress this enough if you have an emergency DO NOT go to this hospital.

The telephone service is horrible, I had a bad experience with a nurse the last time I went and I let it go, but now the lady yelled at me, humiliated me, denigrated me as a person without letting me explain or asking for information about an appointment change that They made me suddenly. I feel mistreated by her hospital.

A few things to consider.... The attender was rude af. She didn't even let me in despite my mother being inside the emergency room. I don't recommend. Terrible staff. And 0 stars if I could

This Hospital saved my brother’s life! He came to America in early 80s with a group of other 5 kids from Poland to undergo a heart surgery ( Fallot syndrome).
Unfortunately, my brother passed away 1,5 year ago…
Thanks to this hospital and its wonderful staff he could enjoy over 40 years of a wonderful and happy life after the heart surgery.

I JUST WANT TO SHOW APPRECIATION FOR DEBORAH HEART AND LUNG CENTER..ALSO THE DEBORAH HOSPITAL..I LOSS MY FATHER THERE A FEW YEAR'S AGO THE STAFF WAS SO CARING AND SUPPORTIVE.. I WAS ADMITTED LAST WEEK WITH A HEART PROBLEM FROM HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE THEY FOUND MY PROBLEM AND RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND MADE ME FEEL ? PERCENT ONCE AGAIN..ALL THE SPECIALIST AND DOCTORS AND NURSES WERE SO CARING TO MY PROBLEM YOU CAN'T FIND THAT IN A LOT OF HOSPITALS..
SPECIAL THANKS TO THE NURSES ON THE 4TH FLOOR.. ALSO SPECIAL THANKS TO EVERYONE IN TRIAGE.. FOR FINDING MY PROBLEM AND SUBMITTED ME TO THE PROPER PLACE IN THE HOSPITAL..I ALSO SEEN HOW WELL YOU TOOK CARE OF EVERYONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.. DEBORAH DESERVES MORE THAN FIVE STARS ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
