Absolutely love this place. The office staff is always kind and helpful. Jill is the best. Such a sweet woman and my kids adore her. Traci the property manager knows her stuff and is always delightful to speak with. Jackie was so helpful with my move in, and after not seeing her for a year she still remembers my kids and I. The maintenance men are freaking superheroes . Anytime I've called with an issue they were out the same day and always respectful. Honestly I lived here as a kid many years ago and it was nothing like it is now. This place has upgraded tremendously from the units, to the staff & the property amenities. As a mom safety is super important and here I feel like I can let my kids go outside and not have to worry. This place is the definition of community !

Many leasing offices and rental companies can be quite stubborn and difficult to deal with however Browns Woods was extremely professional and accommodating when I called with a simple question. Fran was delightful to speak with and I wanted to leave a great review to let folks know that this company takes pride in serving its tenants. Thank you Fran!

It is a nice apartment with the exception of the staff who have repeatedly entered my appartmenand stolen items I have had a ladies watch stolen while they were doing a surprise inspection. Their favorite item to steal is my 50+ year old family cook book. I say favorite because they just stole it again yesterday. The first time it was stolen it was returned by an honest employee who no longer works for the apartment complex. It seems like the owner are complicit with the thefts because they refuse to do anything about it!. If I leave now I will have no possibility of getting my cook book back. It is very frustrating! By the way when I go to the office and tell them are being stolen I have told them to give me a lie detectors test and I will pay for it! They refused!

Don't know what these other people are talking about the staff is fine. The complex as a whole is nice and well kept and the apartments are very nice compared to others I've been in.

Can never get through to management . We have not even moved yet and they have given me and my partner the complete run around about the move in process . We had to "fix" our application about 6 times. Told we could move in today last week and we have gotten no call or even seen our apartment. We have been consistently calling and the manager told my partner to "stop calling". The manager is rude and very inconsistent. Not helpful at all. If this process works out then maybe my views will change . But the pre move in process and application process is nothing but a nightmare! I DO NOT RECCOMEND this complex, ecspecially if you are in a hurry to move.
