I had my finger prints documented at this location. This was my first time using USPS for fingerprints. I believe it is a great service to be provided by the Federal Government. The cost was $50. I was helped by Nicole, she was great! I was lucky to have nobody behind me in line. The electronic pad that collects the print was temporarily frustrating because it had stopped sensing during my last 4 prints. Nicole was great at trouble shooting. Maybe a future solutions consultant?? As a tax paying citizen I am happy with my experience in Browns Mills. I will say if someone was behind me it would have been much more stressful, and I could have not been successful with my important prints.

Love this Post Office. While it's a bit hidden behind Rita's and could probably use a bigger sign helping people get there, it's really an awesome little place. The staff is always helpful and courteous and provide the best service. They also do passport appointments if you need that done.

Bad customer service and ignorance received from the manager Lori. Returned my mail because my box was full with mail that they placed in there for other addresses and people I don't know.I am a fair person and I bothered by small matters but when you start attacking me unwarrantedly it is a whole different ball game.The post office is generally a peaceful place and the last place I thought I'd have an argument with someone.On the positive side,I thank Orelly for tending to my concerns in a professional manner.

Visited for Appointment for my passport. I was greeted as soon as I approached the counter by Juneau. She was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. I just want to thank her for providing a great customer experience. This location is a hidden jem.

Every time I send a package with a pre paid label through this post office in town there is a problem and they can't send it. I can take it to any other post office and no problem sends right away. I will never use this one in town for anything, leave it to Browns Mills post office to be a problem. I guess it's the area or the water here ?

I have lived at my address for more then 15 years. I still have to bring mail to the post office and tell them for the 20th time who resides at my address since they still deliver mail that belongs to the people who lived here before me.

This is the second time they leave a note saying they missed me but literally don’t make the effort to ring the door bell. Mind you this time I walked out to the mailboxes and there the mailman was… I just stood there then tried to catch em but they drove off. Bad. Bad. Bad.
