This is not the post office in my town but I've been using it for years. I send packages on average once week and will sometimes go out of my way or wait to mail a package to use this office. The only downfall is they have odd hours, likely due to having one employee. Postmaster Drew has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. I have the option of and have used 4 other post offices on my drive, but New Lisbon is my post office of choice.

This post office is horrible. The website says it’s open on Saturday from 8:00 12:00 and I came down at 8:30 to get a package and it’s not opened yet. Also, I have stopped here to pick up my mail at 4:10 in the afternoon & he’s closed & out the door. The post office is not suppose to close until 4:15. It’s bad enough it doesn’t open until 9:45.

Why is it that packages get dropped off early morning, don't get scanned until a few days later? :/

Horrible service. Don't ask any questions, no help. Going to another location for my PO Box. Ridiculous that the mail is not delivered to the property so you have to get a PO Box. They are never open for package pick-up. I have no confidence in getting my mail timely. Horrible attitudes also.

Love this little post office! Never a line ~ post man is laid back and friendly. I have seen him deal with some hard to please people. It is a small office with only one person who works there all 6 days that it is open. It is always clean. He stays open past his lunch to work with people. I have seen him go out of his way to make customers happy. The subs for him are always well trained and ready to go. Best Post Office I have Ever been to!

Drew is one of the most genuinely good post office workers I've seen. I always go out of my way to go there because of the service. Whenever I am running late I have called and he's either waited for me to arrive or left the package for me in a secure place.

Worst post office ever visited. Completely unprofessional. If you want to get yelled at walking in the door, then you'll love it here.

Horrible! Very unprofessional, there is a Hispanic man who works there who curses at the customers that's if they are ever open. They always have a sign that they are out to lunch for 2 hours. If I ever acted like this at my job I would be fired immediately. Honestly what kind of person curses at customers, scary.
