They never answer their phone. I've called them on numerous occasions and not once have they answered their phone. Terrible customer service.

I don't understand what is going on with Wells Fargo accounts anymore. I am tired of calling the bank to get the same response. The banking system is failing the citizens

Teller ripped me off for 100 dollars. Deposit 10-100 bills. No ATM card with me could not deposit it. Only gave me 9 back. Counted it 5 times before. One disappeared????????
