If I could give zero stars I would that's how bad it is. This establishment loves to play a game where they'll price things on the fly and then when you go to purchase it, they'll re-look up the item at the register and decide to charge you even more than what they think it could be worth. Extremely unprofessional and have no idea how to run a pawnshop. Not to mention the shop is filled with nothing more than a bunch of junk with a couple hidden items scattered around that again are priced incorrectly and will be over priced before you could ever purchase it.

Good place,Good people….Tools,electronics,shoes. Audio, or sporting goods this is my first stop for everything and always get a better price than any other shops in the area and they always work with me no other spots take the time to help you out also when I have to get rid things I don’t need anymore an need a few extra bucks I’ve always received good offers I’ve had a brand new pair of Jordan’s that were ordered online and were the wrong size and were almost impossible to get refunded or the size exchanged so I just held on to them and accepted the loss I tried a we buy everything in somerdale and the guy said they were fake an wasn’t interested lol that’s the quality employee you deal with there had no idea what he was doing (shoes were 100 percent official from the Nike website with confirmation receipt)and never worn at all yes good times lol but overs here drew is the man I find what I need and always enjoy the convos and good atmosphere I’ve never left in a dull mood….

Been coming here since they started in just the corner of the store. They have grown and I am happy they are still around. I recommend them to everyone. Prices are great. Friendly staff.

This store is always worth stopping in to find great deals on hard to find or even everyday items. Most of the store is priced fair and the owner is very nice.

I strongly advise to stay away from this place!! If you got something to sell, look else where. 2 times I took power tools that were in new like condition and they turned me down with the excuse they had too many in their shop. Didn't even bother to look at the stuff I brought in. Waste of time. Very rude as well.

Really poor business practices, couldn't buy a tool because an employee wanted it cheaper, was told I'd get a call back in an hour which never happened. Came in a few days later to hear how he got a great offer and sold it. Hope the few dollar difference was worth it.

My wife went to the swap shop where I buy alot of funko pops and my co worker buys alot of tools and yeti cups. When she went there she was taking a box of horror genre collectibles. The man was extremely interested my wife said in the movie posters and the statues but sadly there system was down and he asked if she would give him first shot at the stuff and if she would come back another day which she replied sure my husband is here all the time. I just went back with my wife to bring the items to the gentleman and we were stopped by a woman who works there and was actually helping another customer. She stopped what she was doing ealked over to the large box i was holding and peaked in and said that's not for us and walked away. My wife said that isn't what the gentleman with the beard told me he specifically asked me to bring these back. She said you don't need to be rude he isn't here and we don't want that s***. My wife and I proceeded to leave and that was that and I will spend my money elsewhere as I am a regular in this store but thay is over. We went into thus store as collectors and hobbies we are not foul or undesirable looking. We were not looking to sell rare collectibles for ill natured activities on fact I didn't want any money I wanted store credit to buy more things in the store but sadly this woman stopped that and ended a good customers loyalty.

The swap shop guys are awesome. I went in to sell some things and I was in a pretty bad jam and they went above and beyond to help me out. It's not even a question I will be going back to buy or sell things and I would totally recommend anyone to stop in a see them. The prices to buy things are excellent and the numbers they give to sell things are above everyone else. Thanks Swap Shop. Keep it up. Thanks
