September 1, 2024 - Rudeness from gas station attendant at your Conoco Station in Brooklawn, New Jersey on Crescent Boulevard, who I think is the Owner. Twice in the past year the attendant/owner who wears the Turbin (not the other one) gave me a nasty attitude because one time the debit card didn't work & to find out later it was because I wanted ten dollars in gas & a bigger hold was trying to be put on it. The other day (September 1st) I tried to use a new card I had received but it didn't work. I had my other check card in my hand just in case & he nastily said to me, why wasting my time if you knew it wasn't going to work - I said I didn't know because I have a couple hundred in it. I was so fed up with how he treats me (I feel because I am a woman because I highly doubt he would talk to a man like that), I told him to stop being an "A" & I'm not a woman who uses profanity on a normal basis - Only when I am super, super mad & I was mad. He said not to call him that & I said that he shouldn't talk to his customers that way either. I give respect when it is given. He needs to have patience & understanding. I was on my way to work & was in a very good mood till crossing paths with him. I will be putting out a very bad review on google also about him.

While waiting to fill gas, I watched the only attendant on duty physically shove a 70 yr old woman out of the way after he neglected to take the pump out of her car after her tank was full for over 5 minutes. He then started cursing her out and came over to my car. When I told him not to bother as I didn’t wanna spend money with his business if he treated his customers that way he started freaking out, cursing me out, and then took out his phone to film me. This is all in front of multiple other cars waiting to be helped by him. When I told him I didn’t mind being filmed I just didn’t wanna give money to a guy who just assaulted an elderly customer, he returned to screaming at me and started to chase my car out of the station. I watched him in my review mirror yelling and waving his arms as I drove away. Go somewhere else

My car’s battery died right at the this Conoco gas station. I went to the mechanic located at that gas station and first he said he didn’t have jumping cables because “someone was using it.” Once they found out I was blocking people from getting gas (aka money’s involved) the mechanic decided to come out with an attitude to give me a jump. He told me to shut up and listen because I was on the phone talking to my family member explaining what was going on. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that I had a good battery but three other mechanics said it was a bad battery which it was ? so idk. I thought about getting their oil change service here, but they don’t have that much knowledge. Very rude, typical NJ attitude.

Gas is cheap, pump attendant has been miserable and rude to me everytime I’ve been here. Today it was because I didn’t pull up to the pump he wanted me to use & then he complained about it the whole time my gas was pumping.

I got 10 dollars in gas at 2pm yesterday, they charged my card for 50, and it's still not back in my account 24 hours later. I called and was told to come up...........review to be continued, but this is ridiculous....it has now been 48 hours, still no money back.... guess it's time to get the police involved...

Rude unprofessional ghetto to say the least. Don’t dare sit at the pump for two seconds to put your next destination in your GPS before they rudely tell you to move your car. There’s cheap gas elsewhere.

Dude is creepy, tries to grab my wife's hand and stares, says yucky stuff to her any time I'm not in the car, EVEN IF OUR KIDS ARE!

RUDE Attendant!! OBNOXIOUS Attendant!! DISHONEST Attendant!! Did I say RUDE......wow - I hope the man was just having a bad day but as other reviews mentioned...maybe not. Can I give ZERO stars??? Negative stars???
